he uses my dear the most. it just rolls off his tongue, with no problem. he will call you ‘his dear’ in public, absolutely no shame when others look at him. after all, he has a certain reputation, and it’s just so surprising to see the artem wing being so soft with his partner, especially in public.

he calls you his dear because you are very dear to him. you’re his everything, his love, his soul, just his. and he hopes this will be until the end of his days, with you by his side. 

when he calls you ‘my dear’, his voice softens, but is still strong. he uses this pet name to show his love as much as he can, without saying ‘i love you’ every second. he will call you his dear unconsciously, often replacing your name with it, without even noticing. not that you care, you find it rather sweet, but artem sometimes feels mortified, blushing when he notices he has forgone your name once again and straight went to using a pet name. 

darling.

he uses darling a little less than ‘my dear’, yet you can still hear it often from him. his voice curls around the word, and he speaks it out with so much care and love, it leaves you breathless every time. 

‘darling’ will always have a special place in your heart, not because of a special memory or occasion, oh no. it’s the way artem says it. the way he looks, eyes full of love and so soft, only and just for you. 

artem tries not to use darling in public, something in him just doesn’t want other witness you blushing and whisper sweet words back to him. he treasures those moments, moments with only the two of you and no one else. 

love.

artem calls you love in his most vulnerable moments. be it when he’s tipsy, sad, tired or overworked. when he calls you ‘love’, you know he needs you. he needs you close and with him, sometimes just join him in silence or whisper about the things you’ve done today. 

love… love is a pet name he uses when artem loves you the most. because you stick to him, you continue to be with him, through thick and thin. and while he often says ‘i love you’, calling you ‘love’ mends something in his lone heart, now warmed by your presence.

beloved mine is his most treasured pet name. he whispers those two words with the most care he can, filled with the deep love he feels for you. artem won’t utter those in public, nor when someone else is near. these words are treasured and only yours, yours to hear and his to say.

artem will whisper the pet name while he gives you the sweetest kisses, the longest hugs or after another breathy ‘i love you’. he uses it when you’re alone, close to him, so you can hear how much he loves you. he can’t go all day and say ‘i love you’ on repeat, but he can pamper you while calling you his beloved. 

sweet and soft, innocent, almost airly- this is how he utters it, embodying himself with nothing more but two simple words. and yet… he’s not the only one. you are so bold and call him beloved all the time, staking your claim, telling him how much you love him. everything he does, all the love he gives you return equally.
