When is this taking place? May 20th - 26th.

What is or isn't allowed?

OCs and Ships are fine - just make sure Starscream is the main focus!

Fics, art, edits, music, cosplays, you name it??

Absolutely no underage shipping content is allowed (i.e minor/adult ships) - no transphobic, misogynistic, racist, or homophobic content.

Aside from above, all ships are allowed. If you see a ship you dislike, then block it. Ship hate will not be tolerated and you will be blocked from the event if I catch it.

Feel free to ask questions - I am ONE mod running this blog, and I'm working so I'm gonna be slow sometimes. But please send questions away <3.

Ok happy February! I’m go ahead and post the words I’ve selected for Constructicon week 2024 with a nice preview header and the official list with the days and I'll post the AO3 collect closer to the date :

And I’ll add here given that these are building materials and want to build stuff and do other projects with them, like wood burning or sand art for explain, (be careful) but cool! We’d love to see it when the time rolls around! I’m hoping posting this early gives people (like me) more time for writing, drawing, and all art!

Each day has two prompts the first is the Constructicon and the second  is the word, feel free to use both in Conjunction or if you want you can  use just one for example you feel like just drawing Mixmaster go for it  post Friday, feel like writing about the who group and Formula go for it post Monday. Get delayed and can’t post on the correct day no problem I’m sure everyone will love to still get the content so don’t worry too much. It’s about fun and adding more to the community.

Well, Jazz Week 2023 has wound down, which means we’re in the after party! If you’re still working on a piece for the event, go right on ahead and finish up and post it! Mod eerian will check the Twitter and Tumblr accounts for additional posts for a while yet. And if you’ve submitted everything you’re going to for the week, but neither of our socials have boosted it, just give it an RT or RB and @ us to make sure we see it! We want to share your work and keep the party going!

Thank you so very much to everyone who makes this event happen. From the graphics makers who help dress up our prompts to you, the participants, Jazz Week could not happen without you. (Let alone be going into YEAR FIVE next year! WHAT?!) Mod eerian may post the prompts and run the hype train, but it’s all of you participants and volunteers who make the event shine, and they are grateful for every one of you. 

Jazz Week WILL BE BACK! In 2024, we’re going to run from July 14-20! And since Twitter might or might not be here next year, we’re adding event profiles on Pillowfort and Dreamwidth! Rare Pairing Fest is a now-annual event we host, with the goal of getting more of our favorite Transformers rare pair content out into the universe! Like many other fandom prompt fests, this is going to be a “we give the prompt, you bring the pairing” fest. Create more of what you (or you two closest friends, lol) want to see in the universe!

Anything goes for Rare Pairing Fest! Celebrate your pairings through paintings, sketches, longfic, short fic, photography, comics, knitting, baking, whatever! Do what’s fun for you! 

And in the vein of having fun, don’t let Rare Pairing Fest stress you out! Filling one prompt does not obligate you to fill others, you don’t have to create for a different pairing every day (unless you just want to) and you can 100% double dip your Rare Pairing Fest prompts with other challenges and use (for example) your Inktober fill as your Rare Pairing Fest fill as well.

Like many other fandom prompt fests, this is going to be a “we give the prompt, you bring the pairing” fest. Create more of what you (or you two closest friends, lol) want to see in the universe!

This year’s event will run from October 15-28, 2023! There will be 28 prompts (two for each day) with seasonal themes.
