The wife and I had the opportunity to shoot the @manateeprecision match this past weekend. * This was my first match shooting tactical division with a rifle built by our own @i_r_scriv at @gcprifleco (this is built as a lightweight rig built for future field matches) * By golly, @gcprifleco did something special to this old @remingtonarmscompany 700 @remington700 * It shot great and hammered targets left and right (the targets have the scars to prove it!) * With such a light rig (and not being used to it) I couldn't site my own impacts so had no clue on wind holds!! * But was somehow still able to bring in 2nd place in Tactical!! (thanks to Rick making sure everyone was safe and sound) * A grueling day of shooting on a great CoF! We could not have asked for much more from @style_kephens * These matches are always an honor to shoot and we need to always thank the RO's for their time and patience! * As this was a first responder match, it is only fitting that two of the podium spots were held by @ghost5tactical and @tinman_ooofda. The Tinman was just too strong in the day and took 1st place in Tactical!!
