“it’s gets dark and my heart is bruised,

the tears leaving your eyes as minah continued to scream at you in her drunken state has rendered you speechless, and frightened.

it’s not like this was the first time, either.

you don’t know what’s happened for minah to become this way. you don’t know if you’ll ever figure it out.

all you know is that you wanted out.

“you always do this! always trying to piss me off! you’re so fucking irritating! you’re lucky i put up with your ass. no one else would!” she says in your face.

hardly listening to her, all your mind was thinking at this point was-

call tatter, call tatter, call tatter

suddenly, you had felt a hand smack upside your head, causing you to wince and shield yourself from your girlfriend with your arms.

"oh? so now you think you're tough? is that it? HUH?!"

in a swift motion, minah harshly moves your arms out of the way and pushes you against the wall. your tears rapidly fall down your cheeks, feeling the pressure in your chest, the lump in your throat becoming more unbearable by the second.

without a second thought as minah had walked away only for a minute, you didn't hesitate to dial tatter. after the third ring, a hand yanked you by your hair causing a scream to leave your lips.

"hello? y/n? are you okay? baby? y/n!" tatter shouted through the phone.

the terrified screams from you mixed with the angry shouting from minah had caused a surge of adrenaline within' taeyoung. she ran out of her house instantly and to her car.

"stop it, minah! please! you're hurting me!" you cry out trying to move her hands off you, only for a slap to be landed on your cheek causing you to fall back into the couch.

you didn't have a chance to sit back up and fight back; minah was already on top of you screaming like a mad woman, swearing all kinds of threats.

"i swear to god, i could kill you right now if i wanted to! you must want that! you love pissing me off and making me upset!" she screams with her hands wrapping around your throat, squeezing.

out of panic, you bite her hand, causing her to instantly let go. seeing you bit her hand enough to draw blood, minah was enraged.

you use your strength to push her back as much as you could trying to get off the couch, but failed to do so as she slammed you down into the glass coffee table, shattering glass everywhere, including your back.

the adrenaline rush in you couldn't register the pain of minah's punches and kicks into your face and sides.

the both of you just went at it for what seemed like forever; you try and protect yourself while minah just sees red.

eventually, you manage to get minah off by slamming the table side lamp into her head, causing her to fall to the ground, her forehead scratched and bloody.

on shaky legs, you manage to run upstairs to try and get your necessities as fast as you can.

your panic only rose hearing minah shout your name, followed by her heavy footsteps.

"you're not fucking leaving me, y/n. you are mine. i fucking decide when you get to leave." she says before pushing you into the vanity, your forehead hitting the mirror causing it to crack.

you scream in pain before feeling minah's hand grab you by your throat once more, turning you around to look her dead in the eyes.

you didn't recognize your girlfriend. not now. not ever again.

the look in her eyes made it seem like she wanted to kill you.

downstairs, you both suddenly heard the front door open, followed by the sound of tatter's voice calling for you.

minah only chuckles shaking her head, "so, you called your little guard dog to come and save you? fine, i'll give you to her."

you feel yourself being now forced out of the bedroom, before hearing tatter call out for you once more.

with no warning, minah pushes you down the stairs harshly.

the last thing you heard ere tatter's screams before your head hit the ground, knocking you out cold.
