There is a site called nitter.net that lets you browse twitter without having an account. Just type in the someone's @ and it shows the account, and from there use the media tab.

Not sure this is exactly what you're looking for but at least it avoids a decent chunk of the hellsite.

I don't think it was that, it had like, a white and blue background and had lots of different options specifically for viewing media. I think it was called twitsomething or tweetsomething but I might be wrong. I guess it wouldn't be surprising for nobody to know what I'm talking about if it was a Japanese site, and also it's possible with all the changes to twitter recently it doesn't exist anymore.

I always felt annoyed by everyone only posting their artwork to twitter, but everyone always told me "well we have to because everyones there" and now it's become even more impossible to use than it already was and all the art is... still there! I feel like the world really walked into this one.
