#my dad wanted be be a marine biologist when he was going into college #he unfortunately decided to go to school at Iowa state #which at the time was not renowned for its marine biology department #anyways he ended up majoring in geology cause he went on a white water rafting geology trip #this is the same guy who wanted to see where the fish were in his favorite fishing lake cause he wasn’t catching much #and so he got his whole ass scuba liscence and bought himself equipment to go try to find them #and didn’t find any fish #anyways I also wanted to be a marine biologist when I was younger but I realized science requires a lot of math #and while I am technically capable my brain hates doing math and refuses to #it’s like when my brain doesn’t wanna read words and refuses to focus my eyes #anyways hell yeah shark mermaids I’m in love
