Wild and Unfounded Star Wars Predictions
But if they come true I get to fist pump the air because I was right all along.
-Solo: a Star Wars Story will be the first Star Wars movie to not feature a lightsaber.
-One of the early Episode IX teasers will feature a shot of General Leia, prompting everyone to freak out and think they CG’d Carrie Fisher into the new movie. But when the movie comes out, we’ll see that it’s just a deleted scene from The Last Jedi, repurposed for IX.
-Disney won’t announce another episodic trilogy any time soon. Episode IX will pass without a word from Kathy Kennedy about 10-12.
-Episode IX will pick back up with the tradition of a 2-3 year time jump between movies. Rey will be more powerful, Kylo will be fully playing the part of Supreme Leader, and Poe will have been promoted to a place high up in the Resistance.
-IX will also feature Finn, now fully devoted to the cause, trying to prove himself as a Resistance leader. But some of his soldiers will question him and his background as a Stormtrooper. Part of Finn’s journey will be overcoming this backlash.
-And now the most wild and unfounded of all: Episode IX will be called Balance in the Force.
