NOTE : i started these the beginning of march, and i never finished them but im posting these regardless because i haven’t posted shit on this account in like 2 weeks (and i might end up posting ashlyn and logan cooking headcanons at some time in time who knows) also these are NOT proof read

i got bored and i have nothing better to do so i present to you sbg cooking headcanons!!

starting with,

TYLER

best cook out of the group

had to learn how to cook after his dad died so he could feed himself, taylor, and his mother

actually finds cooking comforting and fun in a way

normally ends up cooking with taylor

has a sensitive nose so he sometimes ends up sneezing if there’s like a lot of spices

favorite food to cook and eat is pancakes

TAYLOR

is a mediocre cook

only really cooks whenever tyler cooks

she normally just helps him with stuff

doesn’t trust herself to use a stove without a fire extinguisher somewhere near by

like she can use a stove just fine, but just doesn’t trust herself

doesnt have a sensitive nose like tyler, but doesn’t normally like the smells when cooking (unless it’s like pastries, but that’s baking so uhhh)

her favorite food is waffles and her and tyler always argue about which is better (the answer is waffles btw)

AIDEN

is actually a good cook believe it or not

learned to cook since he had to find something to eat when his parents were on business trips

likes cooking, just doesn’t like cleaning up the mess afterwards

always cooks in the large amounts and cooks everything at once so he doesn’t have to constantly cook all the time

burnt water once (no i will not be expanding on this)

likes cooking pasta (because it’s relatively simple)

BEN

is an ok cook

whenever aiden cooks he cooks with him (or is at least in the same room) to make sure the house doesn’t burn down

fire extinguisher is always on standby cause he doesn’t trust himself

is more of a baker than a cook

is a perfectionist so will go insane if something goes wrong

also doesn’t like using a stove because of the fire (brings back traumatic memories for him)

Aiden, it's your time to be my victim!!

I already talked a little about him on one of my first posts, but never really explained my thoughts so here it is.

Aiden Clark is NOT a psychopath. Psychopathy is a social disorder characterized by the LACK of empathy, remorse and guilty. What is three things we already saw Aiden using multiple times with Ashlyn! (And also Ben).

Aiden never had friends before, and differently from Ashlyn, his parents probably werent home to teach him about basic manners like Mike and Emma were for Ashlyn. He doesnt know how to act and thats something he himself said:

As he said, he didn't cared about the people he met before and they didn't cared about him either because he was just passing by. And what usually happens when you interact with people you're not going to see for a long time is fake your personality, because if you're not going to be around there's no need to be vulnerable around them, but, if you're trying to not get into problems you HAVE to at least act like a social person (shy and introverted people will understand that better than anyone), and that's something he probably learned by himself, cuz, words of his own parents "Aiden used to be such a quiet kid".

What I'm trying to say is that this is his first time being himself around others and knowing about them without having to fake his extroverted personality that is already engraved in his brain. It doesn't mean that his acting, but he doesnt know how to stop doing that after all these years, and who hates fake people? ASHLYN!

And by being so socially inept it's obvious that his ways to get close to people are weird and "invasion of privacy", it's his first time doing that and he has no good example cuz his only friend is his own family and was bullied for years and now is homeschooled with him (Ben) there's not much he can do except do the mistakes and deal with its consequencies to learn. And he felt guilty and apologized for it.

And no, he's not obsessive. Everyone had that one friend they wanted to be around everytime, and that they did plans for ir to happen. With you could be you going to your school bathroom at the same time this person got their recess. But for him was convincing Ashlyn's parents to get her out of her house. And remember, at that time he thought she was just shy and not really introverted. Was he right for doing that? NO. But he wasnt a psychopath either, just dumb from not getting her hints. After Ashlyn stated everything in a way he could understand he apologized for it (the convo at the stairs) and said that he didn't knew what she meant with that but would try his best. And know what? He did try his best!

The only thing he has is the fact that he's impulsive and an adrenaline seeker, but that's not enough to see him as a psychopath. He thinks about the consequences of his acts, he just doesnt think this would affect the OTHERS. And again, that's something a person with psychopathy wouldn't think of.

And that this behavior of him is his way to deal with his problems. Technically his (not healthy) coping mechanism.

Now, three scenes at the earlier episodes where Aiden had empathy:

When Ashlyn said for everyone except BEN to run away while she and BEN would stay behind to close the door that was stopping one of the phantoms from getting to them. But Aiden out of his own will stayed with them to help without being asked to.

When Ashlyn felt pain and he realized it and thought about ways to help her. He was paying attention to her BECAUSE she was hurt.

When Ashlyn got dragged by that phantom at the roof and got almost killed and he felt genuinely sorry and guilty about that because his impulsive actions prevented him from being useful to help

We also need to remember that most of the scenes on the webtoon are from Ashlyn's point of view and at the start SHE thought he was weird, that's why even his smile was unsettling, but as the time passed this changed cuz she got used to his personality.

And after everything, if you think Ben would be so close to him if he was really a bad person, you probably didnt read the webtoon.

And of course we could talk about the fact that "psychopathy" it's not even used anymore but i'm not a specialist and almost everyone knows it. Right?

I’ve seen people on here and other social medias claiming that Red is homophobic, “implying” being queer is a sin, and some other stuff.

Red is in NO WAY homophobic.

I will admit. The way she worded her stories was definitely wonky and not good at all, but she cleared up what she said and said what she actually meant on stories afterwards. I DONT GET WHY PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO CANCEL HER?? If you want proof of her clearing it up, literally check her Christian highlight on her instagram @lilredbeany.

Red has stated multiple times she has people in her life that are queer and that she deeply cares about. She even draw mlm AND wlw couples/ships. I have so much proof of her being an ally and spreading so much love and people are just trying to frame her.

I’d say i’m a mutual with Red. We talk on discord. We’re friends/moots on discord and tiktok. Everytime I’ve talked to her, she’s been nothing but loving and kind. Red is friends/moots with plenty of queer people in a discord server i’m in. It’s FULL of LQBTQ+ people.

Homophobia is the fear of homosexuality so why would she 1. draw queer people and 2. INTERACT AND BE FRIENDS WITH THEM??

It genuinely makes no sense. People are reaching way too far.

I’ve seen people say that because she’s Christian she doesn’t support the LGBTQ+ community. Which is so not true. There are plenty of Christians online and in real life that support the LGBTQ+ community. You just see all the ones who hate on it.

Red has stated so many times that she’s an ally. And I get that she did word her story wrong at first. I obviously will admit that because it’s the truth. BUT RED EVEN OWNED UP TO IT. And people are ignoring it.

She owned up to wording her story wrong and fixed her mistake. And people STILL attacked her and are trying to cancel her, AS WELL as spread misinformation.

Before you spread information about someone, PLEASE become educated. Do your goddamn research.

tyler definitely makes a list the night before they go out to get groceries, and he double checks it with ashlyn before they leave the next day, and like they're really meticulous about how they shop. and it might not be a fun couple activity to others, but they take comfort in the mundane, in being able to check off items in their list while getting to spend some time with each other--and-and

tyler being tall enough to reach all the items on the top shelf for ashyln!!

not sure if this adds anything, but the phantoms are mainly attracted to ashlyn, they always go towards her before anyone else

even when she was born the phantom was reaching for her specifically. the only reason mike got hurt is cause he interfered in it i think

if he would have just let it touch ashlyn (which he obviously shouldn’t have let it and thank god he didn’t) it probably wouldn’t have hurt him or emma

(once again not sure if this adds anything to the this because i might not have comprehended this the right way but i just wanted to say this)

do you think Ashlyn will end up controlling other phantoms (maybe her friends as well)?

Personally I don’t think she’ll be able to “control them” but more of give of “frequencies” to confuse the phantoms or have different reactions towards her. You know how dog whistles are at such a loud frequency that humans can’t hear it? I feel like it’d somewhat be like that. Mostly because of episode 34. Back to reactions, we’ve seen how Ashlyn emits some type of phantom noise when her life is on the line. These give phantoms different reactions towards causing them to be more drawn to her. In all, Ashlyn’s “control” over them is really just some sort of attraction to her frequencies. Also probably why the phantom targeted the Banners. It was drawn to her as she was being born. So like.. an “attraction hive-mind” in a way?

And with her friends I think instead of controlling them, she’d be more like the ringmaster. Where they follow her lead but solely because she is at a higher level than them. Ashlyn is most the “knowledged” when it comes to the phantoms. Even though she really has little to no REAL knowledge of them. So her friends follow her.

Also, Ashlyn was the first to be touched by the phantom. Causing the shift. So I think due to that, she has obviously had the most connection (as Jasmine stated in Episode 10). This connection again acts as an “attraction hive-mind.” Causing her friends to be drawn to her and her health.
