-brainstorming pages for your book, obviously. every writer working on a book needs this.

-vocabulary. go on wattpad, or pinterest, or literally the internet and type writing vocabulary into the search bar. youll get some new words you can use in your book.

-writing challenges/prompts for yourself. pinterest will have these. you can make one for yourself, if you want (ex: write about a girl drowning). these are good practice for writing scenes in your book and in general pretty fun to write when you’re bored. try it out!

-any writing advice you like? stick it in your journal! this will help you when you’re stuck with writing character development or that battle scene that always seems to fall flat.

-OCs. Write little descriptions/analysises of your characters. youll learn to understand them a little better this way.

-cool metaphors! if youre reading a book and see a metaphor you really like/think is interesting/creative, write it down to use in your own book. take inspiration from other writers, people.

-book reviews. when youre finished reading a book, review it with a star rating system and commentary. not only will this allow you to reflect on what youve read and the messages behind it, this will allow you to once again, TAKE INSPIRATION FROM OTHER WRITERS.

-doodles and poems! these may not be what you want to stick in your WRITING journal, but its good to take a break of writing once in a while and do something else creative. you dont have to put this in your writing journal, but you can still do them on a piece of loose paper. you can thank me later.

☽Aries Moon

I think for Aries Moon, the Moon signs that would be the most compatible are Scorpio Moon, Libra Moon and Leo Moon. Wild cards would be Pisces and Gemini Moon. The reason for this lies in the way that Aries Moon are genuinely very sensitive people deep down and they need a good amount of stimulation and attention. They're very independent people at their core. But they are very nurturing people underneath their "whatever goes" front. Relationship wise I think Scorpio Moon & Libra Moon would be able to bring out sides of Aries Moon that they didn't know exist, they will constantly self-reflect as a result of this. Leo Moon will most definitely have ego clashes with Aries Moon. However, they respect one another a lot and the fire that burns them keeps them so grounded together in a very interesting way! Some Astrology Observations 1/?

💫 Earth Signs are actually pretty good at being in public in terms of understanding social cues and knowing what’s socially expected of them (Earth people tend to care about their public perception in that they try to be looked upon well within their circles/communities, but not in a social climb-y way). However, whether or not they acknowledge those things and behave is another matter, but if they’re going to act up they’re more likely to use some witty insults over a public tantrum. If you’re going to behave badly around an Earth sign, really only do so privately and if you know them well, they don’t like public displays like that. Personally I’d go with an Earth Sign you need a fake date to an event like a wedding, they’ll make an effort of looking respectable and won’t want to embarrass you.

✨ Capricorns specifically are really good at networking and schmoozing, even somewhat prickly Caps can really turn on the charm if they want to. Younger Caps can be a bit too transparent about it, but that charm and room working can feel quite authentic and endearing with more experienced Caps

💫 Some signs group up better than others. A herd of Taurus or a pride of Leos are pretty unsurprising, and I’ve noticed Aries, Virgos, and Aquarius can create little groups together. A little school of Pisces wouldn’t surprise me either. A group of Cancers can bring out the worst in each other though, in my experience they can get a bit crabby and emotionally pinch at each other or bystanders. Cancers tend to shine in  groups where there’s only a Cancer or two

💫 Aries moons are some unpredictable people, they can enjoy starting shit. They do it in entertaining ways though, so it can be a bit fun

💫 Sister/Opposite signs move in the same ways for different motivations. Similarly, signs in the same element (similar energies, different expressions) or modality (different energies, similar expression) can show overlap too

💫 Cancer risings are friend-shaped. Idk what it is but they usually appear nonthreatening and friendly. They’re like the Capybara of the rising signs. 10/10 highly recommend!

How to Close a Reading, as My Grandma Taught Me

“Interpreting the last card does not mean you are done. You have ten more things to do before the reading is through.”

1. Count the major arcana.

The more there are, the stronger the reading’s predictions will impact the querent’s life. If there are none or just one, almost none of it will matter in the long run.

2. Note the sequence of the major arcana.

If the querent is asking about someone, and the major arcana are between 0 and 16, that person is not meant to stay in their life. If the question is about a dream or an opportunity, and the cards fall between 17 and 21, it will manifest completely.

3. Count the cards from each suit.

The presence of all suits predicts a balanced outcome. More Wands means strong passion. More Swords means anxiety or manipulation. More Cups means the heart is running the show. More Pentacles means wealth is about to diminish or grow.

4. Mind the aces and the tens.

Two or more aces means the situation is only just beginning. Two or more tens means it is now coming to a good or bad ending.

5. Note the multiples between two and nine.

Twos mean clever thinking is of paramount importance. Threes speak of infidelity or the need for cooperation. Fours guarantee stability, just as sixes do harmony. Fives and sevens spell difficult challenges, but eights and nines promise that the labor is almost over.

6. Regard the ruling colors.

A dominant black predicts burdens and hindrances. Red and yellow combined ensure passion, clarity and manifestation. Blue and white together advise that the solution can be found through spirituality and intuition.

7. Count the court cards.

Nine times out of ten, court cards are people, not influences. They are doing the manipulation or they need to be manipulated.

8. Notice the suits of the courts.

Wands and Swords are friendly. So are Cups and Pentacles. Any other combination spells rivalry and obstacles.

9. Watch where the cards are facing.

10. Look at the bottom of the deck.

🐏 VENUS IN ARIES

In addition to the natural indications of Aries, Venus here will give the effects of a 2nd and 7th house Venus. Lack of air

Extreme opinions which lack a certain decorum needed in social situations. Lack the ability to see someone else’s side of things. A smaller social circle or they could have trouble making friends. Trouble putting themselves out there in relationships and partnerships. May have trouble thinking of creative solutions to problems. Go through life by seeking feedback from other people on themselves. To compensate they may just jump on the bandwagon for any idea brought to them or struggle applying a sense of objectivity to situations. 

Life will challenge them by putting them in situations where they need to open up their mental scope and make connections with other people.
