Tambry raised a very unenthusiastic brow at this guy's sad attempt to flirt. Guess he really wasn't kidding when he said 'he's got nothing.' A compliment is a compliment though, so his words weren't completely unappreciated. At least he had the guts to say what he wanted to say. That or he was like herself and didn't have a filter to begin with. Either way it granted a slightly amused huff to escape her lips before she spoke. "Slow your roll there, coffee boy. I offered to share as a trade for something better than a half-entertaining photo. From what I can see, I've got a full bottle of vodka and you've got caffeine roadkill."

Phil had been having a pretty okay day, he'd woken up late and hadn't managed to find a pair of jeans that didn't have some kind of stain on it and, when he left, there was a moth trapped in his car. To some, that would have been a horrible day but to him? Not too bad if he did say so himself. Plus, markings on the moth made it look like the little dude was wearing sunglasses so that was an extra win. The only thing that managed to get him out of his chipper mood was this, buying an iced coffee, getting the milk and sugar ratio perfect and then...dropping it immediately after walking out the door and onto the sidewalk. It wasn't bad enough that it happened, oh no, it got even worse when the unmistakable sound of a camera going off could be heard and Phil lifted his eyes to find...well, an undeniably hot woman taking his photo. Talk about a mix of emotions. "I'm sorry to tell you...I've got nothing so if me dropping my iced coffee is what does it for you, have at it although, I wouldn't say no to sharing pretty much anything with you."

Not being able to hide her expressions, Tambry outwardly cringed when she saw this girl's crying face. Her mind couldn't help but flicker to that one Kim Kardashian meme that went viral however many years ago. "Oh my god, you really are a sad sack," the words fell flatly out of her lips, no filter to be had. Tambry didn't mean it in a judgmental way, it was just an observation. "Pretty sure it's always rude to take advantage of people period. But hey, I'm not the most polite anyway. Clearly," she said before unceremoniously blowing a bubble with her gum.

Her dark eyes landed on the redhead's broken heel. "Well, I don't think your liquor's working well enough with those crocodile tears. Let me see that," Tambry said, her hand motioning towards the snapped heel.

The sidewalk wasn't the best place to cry, but here Kimberly sat, her broken heel dangling in one hand, the other holding her face as she absolutely bawled, sitting on the curb.

It was totally unlike her, but there was just so many things weighing on her shoulders. The business, school, missing her family, worrying about paying rent and taxes, plus trying to have a social life and do the dishes, and get up and do it all over again.

Her heel breaking on the way out of the liquor store was the final straw and Kim had flung herself to the sidewalk and burst into tears.

She startled at the flash of the camera, looking up and opening her mouth to start yelling. She gulped at the picture on the device in front of her.

"It's rude to take advantage of people in distress," she replied, turning away and sticking her nose in the air. "And I don't want your liquor, I have my own."

Taking a moment to realize that the unfortunate victim of her camera was Swizz, Tambry pursed her lips in contemplation when she saw how roughed up he was. "I would kick a man while he's up, too so don't take it personally. If we're gonna talk about somebody kicking you though— I can't quite put my finger on it but something tells me someone beat me to it."

The girl crossed her arms, saving the photo for later and opting to tuck her phone under her arm for now. "That one night at your place, weren't you saying something cringey like you were a freak in the sheets? What made you decide to graduate to the streets? You look like shit." If Tambry was anything, it was blunt. Didn't matter who you were or how she knew you. Swizz was no exception.

He wasn't having the best night. In fact, it was pretty shit, all things considered. Sunk down onto the sidewalk, back pressed against the closest store side he could stumble to, Swizz was sure he looked just downright glamorous holding the sleeve of his hoodie against his bleeding mouth. He couldn't even remember what had started the fight now, he just knew throwing punches sounded a lot more fun before his lip was busted and his eye was black. He'd like to say you should see the other guy, but he'd gotten away pretty much unscathed. Squinting his eyes at the sudden flash, drunk enough it disoriented him but not too drunk to care, Swizz shook his head at Tambry's offer. "You just like kicking a man while he's down? Don't taunt me with free liquor."

flashback/closed starter: @wendayee  📍 outside superhero headquarters

This place was mega weird and really harshing Tambry's vibe. Evermore? What kind of town name even was that? Sounded fake to her. The girl got a strange energy from this place, and it wasn't just because she was holding a grudge that all of her footage mysteriously got deleted from her phone when she and Robbie arrived here. The pair haven't had any luck with finding Wendy so far, but Tambry really hoped she was in some other creepy town that didn't eat her vlogs.

Holding up her phone, Tambry took an annoyed selfie in front of a store with an obnoxiously bright sign. Superhero Headquarters? Whatever that meant. Her thumbs moved almost impressively quick as she typed a caption to go with it before uploading to her socials.

Topsy Turvy was a bust tonight. The DJ was lame, the atmosphere was off and Tambry hardly managed to get anything of interest for her vlogs. Hell, she barely even scraped together a strong buzz and a cool Instagram story. Not to mention it was a weird crowd tonight. And not her kind of weird, either. The girl decided to hit up the liquor store on her way home, opting to walk with her small bottle of vodka casually swinging between her fingertips.

Her face was buried in her phone until she heard a noise that attracted her attention. As her eyes flicked upward, Tambry was greeted with a scene on the pavement that had her pulling up her camera in seconds. The flash on her phone went off, capturing the figure in a pretty unflattering and potentially embarrassing photo. "Wow. That's depressing."

📱 status update: walk home ruined by sidewalk sad sack.

Turning her phone around so the screen was visible to the person in front of her, she tilted her head. "I'll delete it if you can give me some better content to work with than this lame photo. I'll even share my liquor with you."

HEADCANONS –

Tambry’s home life, in her own words, “majorly sucks.” Her parents were pretty middle of the road when it came to income, but they never actually acted like parents. Honestly they more so acted like teenagers. Maybe that’s where she got it from. They got into big blow outs all of the time, fighting and screaming at each other (especially when fueled by alcohol), only to make it all up to each other in the bedroom the next day. Much to Tambry’s disgust. Aside from this, they never really wanted a kid. Tambry was just the product of one of their frequent “apology sessions.” Ever since she was little, she was kind of just pushed aside. Never had any wholesome family memories. Never actually felt genuinely loved. Her parents would just occasionally buy her something in hopes that she would occupy herself not cause any issues. Naturally, having parents like this made Tambry act out a lot growing up until she ended up resenting them completely and avoiding them whenever possible. Her house in Gravity Falls is not a home to her, which is why she hung around Wendy’s so much. Nonetheless, it was a great place to throw parties when her parents were away.

The Gravity Falls gang is who Tambry considers her real family. Wendy especially is pretty much like a sister to her. The two were practically attached at the hip ever since they could ride tricycles. Their little group is full of weirdos, but they’re her weirdos. She goes along with their stupid shenanigans. Chanting to convince someone to do a stupid dare. Constantly filming their bizarre, spontaneous games they come up with. Tambry has all these amazing memories locked and loaded on her phone and on piles of SD cards. Crazy parties. Hilarious moments of reckless behavior. She loves looking back them, especially in her bed at the end of the day. Her friends fill a void that her family never did, and Tamrby is actually a little more sentimental than she’d ever let on. 

Tambry definitely has, as that one TikTok trend would put it, “scary dog privilege.” Girl’s got major RBF. It’s out of her control. She’s got this intimidating quality to her that can be a little off putting at first. She likes it though. Tambry’s not exactly built for the weak anyway. The girl is extremely blunt, even more so in her mass amounts of status updates. Her personal style only adds to all this. The bold, pink color in her hair. The dark eye makeup. The many ear piercings. She’s this unique blend of goth, emo and scene all wrapped up into one and toned down a bit. Not totally out there but definitely a head turner from the norm. Tambry started getting into this personal style of hers when she was young and experimenting with clothes and makeup. Once she realized it realllyyy pissed off her parents, she was sold.

This girl is not a great rule follower. Definitely on that “better to ask forgiveness than permission” type beat… except it’ll be a half-assed apology as opposed to a genuine one, but better than nothing, right? That’s how you get good content after all. How many people could say they broke in to a condemned, rumored to be haunted convenience store and had a food fight? Tambry can. Of course, she’s not usually the ring leader when it comes to dumb ideas like that, but she goes along for fun. She typically instigates smaller chaotic acts here and there and never operates alone when she does.

Tambry is surface-level judgmental. She’ll judge you point-blank to your face but won’t take it to heart. Most of the time she’ll just let it roll off her shoulder. “You’re so needy,” will still hang with you. “This is creepier than I expected,” still goes along with your bullshit. It’s one reason she’s able to get along with so many different types of people and social rankings to a certain extent. Don’t get her twisted, if you give her reason enough that judgment will sink down into her core. But her life is full of some pretty strange people, so she’s built some tolerance. Everybody’s weird.
