I have an Ortolan OC who runs a crappy apartment complex called the Elephant House. She moves around in a tall swivel chair because her species has no arms. She's an ice cream fiend. She enjoys discussing alien dating shows over a bowl of wine (she drinks it through her toes.) Her best friend is an elderly Gran widow who's always trying to squeeze hot gossip out of her about the other tenants. It tends to backfire because she does not snoop into her tenants' lives in the slightest and any information she ends up learning about them is completely incidental. Oh and she's a lesbian of course
