I just received a new buyer lead and they are looking in the Ellington/Van Buren/Grandin area. Not a place I go to often, but I have a listing in Doniphan right now, so it’s close to there. I start going through my emails after texting them and saw this only in Missouri story about Grandin. How crazy is that? It’s not an area I think about often. Now it’s come up twice in minutes from two different sources 😲.
