It’s so valid if you aren’t up to being positive. It’s okay to feel negative things. It’s okay to feel negative about things. You aren’t a failure. You don’t need to be positive all the time. In fact, it can be counterproductive.

Don’t forget to hydrate regularly!

Refill your water bottle/glass if you need to.

If you don’t find water appealing, try adding some electrolyte flavoring or a little bit of juice (like lemon). Milk, juice, and herbal teas are also hydrating.

If you haven’t eaten in a while, it might be time for a snack or a meal.

Don’t forget to clean your water bottle regularly, in order to prevent mold-related illness.
