A HashMob is the Community Warriors version of a “flashmob,” only on Twitter. Like a flashmob, Community fans gather online at a specific time & tweet the hell out of a selected hashtag. The goal? To get Community trending. Big time trending.

Why? Simple. Trending draws more eyes to the show, and encourages people to watch. Getting people to watch Community is the #1 goal of all Communies.

Some of our HashMobs from last season: #WatchCommunityBecause, #IAmACommunityFan, #YouWillLoveCommunity, #OnlyInGreendale, #KeepCalmAndWatchCommunity, #WhyDidIGoGreendale & many more.
