First project - get the neglected koi pond back to a healthy environment for the fish. This is the first of many bucks of string algae we scooped out. It was so thick that you couldn’t see the bottom and the poor fish were getting caught in it when trying to swim.

June 2023 my husband and I purchased the Croxton-Coe home in Grants Pass, Oregon. The home, built in 1889, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in the 1970s. It needs some love and will be getting a mix of renovation, restoration, and remodeling over the next couple years to bring it back to the glory it deserves.
