these are rather old english notes but i remember very clearly what the article i took notes on (left side of journal) was about,,, it talked about how facebook content moderators are often faced with mental health issues due to the amount of violent content they have to manually sift through, as well as how some actually started to believe in the conspiracies they read…i think about this article a lot

these past two weeks have been pretty exhausting tbh but it’s a new week and a new month and i’m trying not to be so self-critical. i’m taking it one day at a time and i’m doing my best and that’s enough. online school exhaustion is literally no joke so pls remember to take care of yourself and allow yourself to relax. you don’t ever need to fill every little moment with something productive. sometimes what we need most is just time off to do absolutely nothing.
