“What are they like..? Your... Companions?”
“…I suppose, if you say so.” Peacock seemed to relax slightly, folding her hands together, turning to take another look around from where she stood.
“Where… Is everyone? It’s very quiet here..”

“Opal…” Peacock had little idea what freedom felt like. She’d only just tasted it, and had no idea what to do with it.
All she felt when she was alone with her thoughts was.. Fear. And anxiety. But,
Seeing two gems fused in such a trusting bond gave her hope. Maybe she really could be something different.

“...Well... Since you’re offering, I’ve lost Corundum. Big, pink, fluffy hair- About ah... Very tall.” Peacock holds her hand up as high as she can get it, even getting up on her toes to try and reach how tall she was trying to say... And didn’t seem to quite reach, either.
“She’s hard to miss, but I still lost track of her... have you seen her?”
“Oh, uh.. o-okay.. s-sorry about the misunderstanding.” Black Star apologized, though half of it was through stutters. She really wasn’t good at handling angry gems, or angry people in general. “I got it now.. but uh.. if you’re looking for someone.. I think I can help. I’ve been all over this planet.”
