How Much Sex Do Women Need For Health?
In general, judging by the regularly appearing studies, this is their favorite pastime. Now these guys are armed with a stopwatch, then a calendar and draw some charts and diagrams. Visit here for more information about sex.
No, we, of course, believe that in sex there should be a place for spontaneity and romantic impulses. But still, men are very practical beings. It is always interesting how many centimeters, minutes and times are the norm, how many are “hoo”, and how many are “well”.
However, back to times. This time, American biologists decided to investigate how regular sex affects hormonal levels in women and men. Biologist Winnifred Cutler measured testosterone levels in men and estrogen in women who had a regular and spontaneous sex life and also completely abstained from sex.
As you probably know, testosterone is an essential hormone for men's health and well-being. Well, a woman feels happy, beautiful and healthy only with a normal level of estrogen.
As you might expect, sex directly affects hormone levels. After love exercises, the production of testosterone in men and estrogen in women increases, as well as the release of serotonin and dopamine, which creates the euphoria well known to all who practice this business.
The catch, however, is that those who only occasionally have sex with casual partners get the swing effect. After a night of love, their hormonal level rises sharply, but then, when the phase of loneliness comes, it drops sharply and remains at this very low level.
Researchers conclude that women, for example, find it more beneficial to give up sex than to have it rarely. Then their estrogen levels will be low, but not as catastrophic as after the swing. The healthiest strategy is having regular sex in a regular relationship.
Finally, we come to the most important question: how much is regular? Winnifred Cutler gives a clear answer: at least once a week. It is possible more, of course, but once a week is the minimum frequency at which women experience a normalization of the cycle, entry into the phase of maximum fertility and generally excellent health.
By the way, this is confirmed by the study “ How many times a week do the happiest people have sex? And what should the lonely do? After all, there are many of them. And everyone has their own reason for loneliness. What positive emotions here will affect sexuality in the 40+ period? How to support yourself during this period? "Sex for health"?

Recently, an article was published "One day you will understand that you are left alone!" Pauline Gaverdovsky, which says an authoritative author: "Romance, love and passion - that's fine. But if you confuse them with sex, you can stay for a long time without it And it is foolish and harmful.
There are no definite quantitative statistics. There is no such thing that there is a right and wrong number of times a week or month. And there was an orgasm or not, too, does not matter. What is important is the state of satisfaction, saturation and joy from intimacy - bodily and spiritual. There are clear criteria for regularity - this is more studied and related to male sexuality. Everyone knows that at 20 a man has one sexual rhythm of life, and at 40 - 45 it is completely different, although these are also individual things.
And for a woman, it is not mechanical quantity that is important, but harmony. This is number one. A state of being in love, a state of stability. By nature, a woman is the person who gives more, including in sexual life. It is important for her to get not only the pleasure itself, but also to please the partner, so that it will result in a harmonious relationship. Sometimes we women can even use this for the sake of achieving a harmonious relationship, as a certain manipulation of a partner.

10 Facts About The Health Benefits Of Sex
The beneficial properties of this action have been confirmed by many scientific authorities - cardiologists, endocrinologists, neurologists, dermatologists and other specialists. Sex relieves pain, strengthens the skin, prevents heart attacks and strokes, regulates blood pressure, strengthens the body… These are just some of the positive effects of sex. And there are many more! Discover 10 health benefits of sex. Come here for more details about sex.
1. Sex cures colds
Researchers from Wilkes-Barre University in Pennsylvania surveyed 111 of their students: they first tested their antibody levels and then asked how often they had sex. People who exercised less than once a week on average (in the long run per month) had slightly higher levels of immunoglobulin A than sober people, and students who had sex twice a week had 30 percent more antibody. There is more IgA in the body than in those who do not have sex.
2. Sex reduces stress and lowers blood pressure.
In turn, researchers from Paisley University in Scotland studied the relationship between sex and stress in 24 women and 22 men. They found that sexually active people performed better in public and solved complex problems than those who did not have sex: they had lower blood pressure and better health. However, it should be added that these studies only apply to vaginal intercourse, people who practiced other sexual activities, such as masturbating, reacted to stress in the same way as those who abstained from sex.

3. Sex strengthens the heart
Sex is also a cure for heart disease. Professor Shah Ebrahim of the University of Bristol in England and his team have shown that even small but regular sexual activity protects the cardiovascular system. Even better, when sex ends with an orgasm. If this happens three or more times a week, the risk of heart attack and stroke is halved. It also reduces the risk of heart disease.
 4. Sex cures insomnia.
Those who have trouble sleeping can try sex as a remedy for this condition. During orgasm, the secretion of prolactin, a hormone that causes drowsiness, increases. In addition, oxytocin is also produced during sex to reduce stress, which also helps you fall asleep peacefully. Moreover, the aforementioned prolactin maintains low levels of dopamine, which is responsible for sexual arousal, for up to two weeks after orgasm, which allows you to maintain a state of moderate sexual satisfaction during this time.
5. Sex enhances the feeling of intimacy and security.
Sex is also important for the emotional connection between partners. During orgasm, oxytocin, called the love hormone, is released, which makes lovers feel closer and strengthens their bond with each other. Oxytocin also causes a protective effect and a desire to protect the partner from danger. The combination "sex + oxytocin" works for both women and men. The level of oxytocin in the body increases with more orgasmic sexual intercourse.
6. Sex relieves pain.
It is said that one of the most common excuses when people do not want sex is a headache. Meanwhile, sexual activity is a natural remedy for pain. This conclusion was reached by scientists from the University of Münster in Germany, who attributed this value to endorphins produced during sexual intercourse (or rather, during orgasm), which have an analgesic effect. Remission of migraine, cluster headache, and severe recurrent unilateral headaches were observed in 1/3 of the sexually active people surveyed.
 7. Sex promotes weight loss.
Sex is a physical activity, so we burn calories in it. On average - from 70 to 100 calories, but the more we "work", the more calories we burn. Therefore, it is worth experimenting and using both standing and sitting positions, as they require more work with the hips. In the opposite position, a man burns 64 kcal, and a woman - 42 kcal. In the rider position, a man loses 40 calories and a woman 67 calories. Since saturating the body with oxygen helps burn fat, making love outdoors is a good idea. As well as a prelude to the rhythm of music (for example, striptease), frequent change of position and tempo.
 8. Sex reduces the risk of prostate cancer.
This is good news for men - frequent sex reduces the risk of prostate cancer. According to a follow-up study by medical professionals conducted by Dr. Jennifer Ryder  4 of  Boston University, there is a correlation between the chance of avoiding prostate cancer and the number of ejaculations in adulthood. This probability is 21 percent lower for men who report a minimum of 21 ejaculations per month (not only sex but also masturbation was taken into account) than for men who report 4-7 ejaculations per month.
9. Sex is good for skin and hair.
Regular sex has a positive effect on appearance. However, it all starts inside with a better blood supply to the body. During intercourse, blood circulates faster and blood vessels dilate. This allows more oxygen and nutrients to penetrate the skin, making hair more shiny and smooth. Sex also causes the release of serotonin, which affects our well-being, and thus the gray skin tone disappears, and we look happier and full of energy.
 10. Sex is the key to a woman's health.
Both men and women enjoy the health benefits of sex, but women seem to have more. One of them is exercises for the pelvic floor muscles - during sex, whether we like it or not, we train them, and they - with good exercise - not only help with problems with urinary incontinence or faster recovery after childbirth, but also contribute to more orgasms. The better the pelvic floor muscles function, the easier it is to have fun.

7 Diseases That Good Sex Helps With
Taking care of your health can be a very pleasant experience: numerous studies conducted by scientists from different countries confirm that good sex has an extremely beneficial effect on the state of the whole body and helps us become healthier, more beautiful and even smarter. Look here for more details about sex.

Headache
Unbelievable, but true: a headache is a reason to have sex. Migraines and headaches are most often caused by vasospasm. Active sex normalizes their tone and relieves pain. In addition, the hormone oxytocin, which is produced in large quantities during lovemaking, lowers the pain threshold and increases resistance to discomfort.
For a healthy heart
Regular sex is one of the best cardio complexes possible. Men and women who make love regularly are half as likely to suffer from strokes and heart attacks, scientists say. It's all about training the small vessels that regular sexual intercourse provides.
Against viruses and colds
Sex is a great way to boost your immune system. Researchers from Wilkes University (Pennsylvania, USA), conducting a study of 112 students, found that the level of immunoglobulin antibodies in those young people who had sex 1-2 times a week was almost twice as high as in those who preferred to abstain.
Against stress
Making love not only helps to relieve already accumulated stress, but also makes us more resilient to its return. It's all about blood pressure, which decreases during active lovemaking, Swiss scientists say.
Against insomnia
Thanks to the hormone oxytocin, which is sometimes also called the sex hormone. It normalizes blood pressure and body temperature, reduces anxiety - and helps you fall asleep.
Against cancer
Regular sex helps men in the prevention of prostate cancer, and in women significantly reduces the likelihood of developing malignant breast tumors. For example, scientists from Australia argue: men who have had more than five weekly orgasms at the age of 20 are one third less likely to develop prostate cancer in adulthood.
For high intelligence
Studies by different groups of scientists have confirmed a positive correlation in women between the frequency of oral sex with high scores on intelligence tests. In addition, women who practice unprotected oral sex are less likely to suffer from depression and stress. It's all about the hormones esterone, oxytocin, melatonin and cortisol, which help reduce anxiety and resist depression.
