Hey fuckos its Mod Lance here.

Not for long though. Im planning on leaving this blog because of the neverending notifications (which stress me out), and the fact i give 0 fucks about the discourse anymore. I still dont like shal@din ships but ive had some extremely negative experiences within the anti community and… well i really dont want to be on a blog centred around the Discourse yknow? I still love yall like a family and as amazing friends, but the discourse is starting to take its toll on me.

Anywho, if anyone wants to stay in contact or whatever with me, feel free to hmu @keithspeaks or @cipheral (vld side and my main blogs). Ill miss you other mods too so :* all my luck on the upkeep of the blog. Youve been doing great without me and youll probably keep up that work.

When it comes to white people calling out racist tropes for other minorities, they have to be careful with how they word things and go about doing it. You need to take in account of the minority that is being affected. Especially if you put your voice over your POC Saying things like "Oh I'm white and i saw this" Is extremely irritating. Especially when you say things like "you're a POC, why did i see it better than you?"(or along those lines) You dont get brownie points because you're white. It doesn't work that way. Say what you need to say and be done. And P L E A S E just listen to what your POC have to say.

A simple "sorry" is not enough for causing someone a panic attack. Your apology was very "I'm sorry, stop talking" It did not sound like a sincere apology You left instead of trying to LEARN from it. We gave you a chance to learn from this and you didnt. We didnt "gang up on you" we gave you advice on better coping mechanisms and you ignored us. You should know that joking about humor like that is not OK Especially if you dont give tw beforehand We tried to tell you ways to change it but you left. A group of people came at you because a lot of us are triggered by that stuff. If you're going to use unhealthy coping mechanisms, that should be done in private; not in a server with 30+ people.
