Fethry under the willow tree (watercolors)

I finished it!! This is the painting I was working on.

I wanted to do something comfy and nice. Originally, I planned to paint him under the rain, since I think that would make a nice, peaceful piece, but my hand and muse had other plans, and so those changed without me realizing.

I think of Fethry as a comfort little ducky: there is this positivity around him.

He is a silly little duck. A little weird and a little misunderstood (in universe), and I love him.

for a billion years ive been wanting to do one of those long projects where u draw 1 draw for each episode, but i kept putting off starting bc i was afraid of what would happen to my brain chemistry, and then i blinked and today was 3 years since the finale aired and things happened to my brain chemistry anyway. woo-oo BLAST

FINALLY got to part 2 of my One Drawing For Every Ducktales Ep Project... 90% of what was holding me back was flipflopping between whether or not i wanted to count to/from atlantis as ep 2 or just part 2 to ep 1. eventual daytrip of doom BLAST
