Starter call! Like or reply for a starter! This is gonna pop out while I'm at work, but I'll get to any when I come back to this blog!

Mint heard her, her ears were keen when it comes to hearing. Even if the girl were to have whispered it, the creature would have picked it up with her hearing.

She thanked her for the cup of water and quickly took a sip. Realizing how thirsty she was, she took a good long drink from the cup and placed it on the table after she was done.

With a blink, she thought it over for a moment. "I do not know, honestly. Coincidence maybe? No one knows why they're born with the way they look. Despite having moth traits, I have never found anyone else that looks like me," she answered the best she could.

her food can sometimes straight up send a person into sickness and ill state - but that was rare , after all her food was more filed with healthy things that she thought would go well together rather than just putting everything one pot of bowl and making up some poison like a wicked witch . . which if you think about it more she kinda doing that - but is ok , is Orihime .

as the guest goes and hop to sit down on the table waiting for the food . she was still in the kitchen as she heard Minty will take the water ! it's good that she's still in there then .

" okay ! ⁓ I'll be with you in a second ! "

she yelled from the kitchen - she have trouble with telling her tone of voice so she doesn't know if she makes her voice too loud or too quiet and if perhaps Minty heard her - but either way it just a few steps away ! she's sure she heard her ! as she walked across to grab two cups and filled up the water giving a glance at the boiling pot as then she came out the kitchen and sat in the opposite of Mint placing the cup down gently and easy enough to not spill any nor to make much noise .

a sip from her own cup of water , and a satisfied sigh , she's staying hydrated !

" so er . . I was - is it rude to ask why do you look similarly to a moth ? "

it wasn't exactly her first question that popped up but she wanted to ask first considering it IS about physical appearance - she'll get a bit more deeper in a bit but she just wanted to know why does she look like that ? she tried to not put her sentences as a mean manners - she doesn't know if it came out wrong though - ah , hope for the best -

"Yeah, it's just darkness and you're alone with your thoughts. It's what I was born from kind of.. But I was alive, unlike you humans who have no thoughts when you're in the womb," she replied.

The creature nodded her head in agreement and threw her arms up. "Yeah! I like Earth a LOT better than that place! It's so colorful and there's so many cute thing here! I also love to explore. It's what I've been doing here! But as of now, I'm trying to find a place to call home."

"Aw! Why thank you Minty!" She couldn't help but gush at the compliment. She was always so fond of her name. Her attention then went to the others explanation over the fact that she was an alien. An alien huh? Now that she got a look of her again, that made sense.

"Wait a minute, so you mean to tell me there's a place out there where you just...float and nothing else? On top of the darkness, that must have been an awful way to live. Good thing your here now. Not only is Earth full of color, but there's so much to explore too!"

Many people would probably not go near or even TRY Orihime's food. But Mint will try everything, at least once. In her mind, you never know if you'll like it if you've never tried it. And the food won't kill you for tasting weird. So she ate anything as long as it wasn't poisonous!

"Ah, thank you!" she chimed and went to go sit at the table. Bringing her legs in, she settled at the table and waited patiently for the food. "Oh, yes a water please!" she added.

Honestly, Mint was expecting a lot of questions. She was an outsider here, but for once, she'd be fine with it. The girl accepted her and was even giving her a place to stay! She at least deserves some answers for any questions she had for her!

jumping in her spot jumpy and excited hoping she'll like it . she was both afraid she won't like it but also really excited to hear maybe some criticism or anything of sorts that maybe could help her food to make it taste more better - eyes gleaming with excitement yet sweats running down her face .

oh wow . SHE ENJOYED IT YAY YAY YIPPIE !

SHE EVEN TAKE ANOTHER SLURP TO IT ! ! WHOAAA ! Inoue is very happy about this information ! finally someone who doesn't seems to don't like her food nor wanted to even see it ! how amazing ! ! her jumping intensifies as her mouth were now open with a full on smile .

" I'm so glad you liked it ! ! "

she thought everybody liked this sorts of food though -

" this I think needs a few more minutes to completely finish - it is almost done though ! ! I'll bring ya to go wait on the table and I'll get you some water if you'd like ? "

she IS still a guest within her apartment after all - and she still have some questions to ask about her entire being and the entire thing with her living in the void and just - ahh she have so much to asked !

"Sorry bucko! But I kinda need to be alive! I'm not from this world. I don't think I'd become a ghost here if I died!" she explained as she took a few steps back away from him. "I'm happy to still have my flesh and NOT attend to any parties! I can leave RIGHT where I came from!" she stated nervously as she backed up more, jabbing her thumb at the open door.

"Ahh heehehehehee! Now what made you have such a thought?"

"... Because that's exactly what it is!"

Without hesitation, he took a step towards her, summoning his dagger in his talon and twirling it. "Now how would you like to leave that mortal body? We can make it as quick or as slow as you want!" he said with a big, menacing grin.

"A zombie? I was wondering about your skin. But honestly you're not like the zombie I've seen in movies.. Those ones just want brains and they kinda just... saunter around and groan and try to eat people..." At least in the games and movies they did. It was nice that this WASN'T the case, she wanted to keep her brain, thanks.

"Oh, skeleton that wears a wig? Honestly-- valid. Suddenly having no hair I can imagine be awful. I think I would shrivel up and die if I lost all my fur. I actually don't shed at all really, and my fur typically doesn't really grow out. And it maintains itself, I still wash daily, but my fur doesn't get matted or anything."

"I'm not a human. I'm a zombie. I used to be a human, but Master Nagisa brought me back to life cause I died fighting in a war." He spoke about this like it wasn't a tragic event, still smiling. And he looked young too, so there were always questions when he explained that. Like why he had been fighting in a war in the first place.

As for the strangest thing he'd ever seen...

"I once saw an undead that was nothing but a skeleton, but he could move his body because of Master's magic. But he hated having no hair, so he wore a wig."

She wasn't sure what to expect out of this.. Would she suit a secretary job? She'd be more suited as a medic of some kind... She stood nervously by, her fingers twiddling with one another as she waited for Naomi to come back.

When she told her he wanted to meet her first, her ears flicked and she approached the door. Only to head inside to meet with the President.

Normally there'd be some kind of test for anyone to join the Agency, but that was if they were to become a detective for it. Mint wasn't a fighter, nor did she had the skills to deduct crimes or anything of the sorts. But her and Fukuzawa chatted for a bit, and he seemed to think Mint would be perfect to be an assistant for Yosano with her medical knowledge and powers after Mint explained them

Finally she stepped out of the office, looking at the girl with a smile. "He said I would be a great fit to help out the doctor of your little place!" she chirped... but knew nothing about Yosano...

Some heads did turn and look at them, Dazai blinking as he took in the sight, but he said nothing as Naomi brought Mint back to the director's office.

"Let me talk to him for a second." She ducked inside, leaving Mint for just a minute, and then peeked her head back out. "He'd like to meet with you first."

She had a feeling that little token was her life... But she decided to ask, "What is the fee, then?" Maybe it'd be nice to have a place to party. It meant food and drinks! And she sort of needed that to live.

Though... now that she thought of it.. in the void she didn't eat or drink for years.. how did she survive back then? She didn't know.. but she always craved food and drinks now.

"I just hope my fee isn't my life..."

"Oh! Not dead?" He bent down, taking a close look at her.

"Oh you're right! You aren't!" How curious! It was really rare for living folks to actually get into the party while still alive.

"Hohoo!" he hooted, seemingly excited, "That's alright! Because all you need to do to stay is pay a tiny little token fee! That's right, just one little fee and you can party for as long as your heart desires!!!" He spread his wings in excitement, looking at the moth with a wide smile.

"Aaah, I see! So you've seen many kinds of beings then? What's the strangest thing you've met?" Mint asked curiously, wondering what kind of creatures he may have met.

She smiled a bit, liking the fact she was easier to talk to. "Well I like to chat! It kills time and it's great to listen to people's stories! I'm sort of a people person, but... I'm not overly fond of humans, because they ask the same things over and over again. 'What are you?' 'Where are you from?' Etc etc..."

"That sort of thing doesn't matter to me. I see all sorts of people because Master Nagisa attracts all kinds." Being a Necromancer would do that.

"Oh! I'm Chip! Nice to meet you, Mint!" He seemed rather cheerful as he headed....toward a graveyard?

"You're already easier to talk to than Morgan! He kind of just stands there and doesn't talk unless you poke him."

"Really? Oh, that's even better! I would love to work for this place and get a place to stay! It'd help me a lot and help me get off the streets!"

It's not that living in the streets was terrible. But anyone would prefer to have a roof over their head and some warm food.

"Oh special ability? Mine is healing!" she replied before she peeked into the door.

Ranpo was seated at a desk, munching on snacks while Nikolai was gushing over Dazai... Kunikida was probably yelling at them to stop and work...

"There's an apartment building here that rents to most of us. I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to get you hooked up with one. We got Atsushi-san one overnight, after all." It hadn't been completely furnished, but that was to be expected. They could at least get her some pots and pans and a futon.

"What's your special ability? Oh, I guess I should wait, we're here." She opened up the door.

Oh! It was a bit spicy, and she could certainly taste the wasabi. But it had a nice pleasant after taste to it. You could taste the mix of vegetables in it too. Mint loved bizarre foods that no one else would eat. She would be champion at the whole 'I dare you to eat...' game. Just because she loved weird tastes.

Her eyes lit up at the mention of adding miso to it. "Oh I think that would be a great choice! It'd add some more flavor! Right now it's a bit spicy, but I think adding some miso to it will help balance the flavor!" she replied and took another slurp on the soup. Yes, she was going back for seconds.

"I am glad I found someone who likes the more unique things! People's food they make are usually BORING. But this is great! It has a lot of flavor!" she complimented.

her cooking were always seen as a bizarre thing - she never understood why , she always thought - and still do - that this is what people normally eats ! the bizarre menu of foods and ingredients put and thrown together into a pot like she was a witch making potions when really , she just making some food !

as she stood there - with her automatic action - bending down slightly just incase she won't be mishearing things or well - missed anything Minty said in general ! her smile slowly fades as her eyes slightly widen with a hint of confusion in her face as a sweat was made and were running down her face . being alone in the endless darkness . . doesn't that get lonely ? it must have been - I mean if someone weren't with her then . . that must have been truly LONELY . how could Blackmint handle such a loneliness - when you're so alone and the only thing you could hear is your voice - that must have been such a bad thing . . a truly frightening experience that even Orihime wouldn't wanted to experience - because she had already go through such a situation - she never liked it . . andshe don't think Minty likes it either . . maybe at least -

a pitiful eyes got upon her expression for a moment before her brown hues slides to the side and then back at Blackmint as she sees her not seeming bothering by telling her such a story - ah - well - she can ask the questions later - right now she needs to feed her and this little new roommate she got ! and in order to do that she needs to match the preference for what she liked !

a slurp of the small soup was taken into Minty's mouth and almost immediately the spice flavor was touched upon her tongue but with a mix of vegetables flavor in it ? and with the wasabi that was added it seems to also were trying to get the spice right into the brain to sting it like a bee .

" I'm planning to add miso to this afterward so maybe it'll have a bit more of a bitter flavoring to it . . what do you think ? "

her smile slowly comes back as she stood straight and wrap her palms together and seemingly - she was eager to hear how Blackmint thinks of her cooking skills - or well the soup to be exact .

((Hello, I am alive. Work has been killing me with 11+ hours but I FINALLY have a day off today. So I'm just gonna work on drafts on my blogs. Sorry for being absent, I just did NOT have the spoons for RPing.
