Looks like a filling (and fattening) routine! That gut's gonna blow up over the next few months at this pace.
Settling in nicely into my new routine of working from home: working until noon, heading to the gym, stuffing myself with as much protein and carbs, then wrapping up any work needed. Today was leg day so I needed more carbs than usual and went with chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and penne.
Weight is slowly going up, I'm about 254 right now. Liking the slow and steady approach and can't wait to see how big I get in a couple of months...

Weighed in at 423.6 lb last night and took largest body measurements ever by WIDE margin 😅 Guess the clean bulk is really doing wonders for my biceps, chest, and belly 💪😎😮💨
