This will be the last post for tonight on the subject but it genuinely feels like ppl are using the Syndicate not directly contacting Quackity directly as an excuse to not actually address the abuses from the QSMP's Administration towards their staff. There could be a multitude of reasons as to why the Syndicate hasn't directly contacted him. Maybe legal issues. Maybe they want to give him the chance to respond first with proper preparation. Right now, nothing can be done other than waiting and seeing as the gears of the legal system turn. I 1000% can understand anyone taking breaks from Tumblr considering the situation because that is fair considering everything being discussed.

Please, I beg you guys to inform yourselves better about unions. I know you are angry but you are directing your frustrations at an organization that tried to help the workers the very first moment this all came to light.

I feel like getting upset at the Syndicate's actions is missing the incredibly massive elephant in the room from the QSMP's administration's multiple cases of staff malpractice discussed by Pomme's and Dapper's Admins, Luh (one of the Portuguese QSMP Admins), Léa and many more. Patience genuinely isn't an option when several admins are leaving and the Syndicate's about to kick down the door.

I love the QSMP. I really do. I remember back when I used to live blog streams such as the Election Arc, the Tazercraft Prison Break, and the Code Attacks. But when learning that exploitation is extremely prevalent in the structure of the QSMP, I really can't help but say shit on it.

I really wish the best for all the admins and hope the best for all of them in this unbelievably shitty situation.

‼️ Antoine started his live talking about the QSMP admins situation, Lea speaking up, and Pomme ‼️

-Recapped the situation : about how two weeks ago, Aypierre accidentally leaked a random discord convo between him Pomme and Lea, which is what launched the situation

-He doesn’t really understand why the admins can’t talk with them (the ccs) in private.

-Think it’s a bit extreme that she got fired and wanted with Pierre to send a message to avoid her being fired. They didn’t do it because Lea started to collect things that were going wrong behind the scenes and sent a long document about it to them.

-Antoine thinks she was right to do so and was chocked to learn everything that was going on, especially that people weren’t paid and threatened if they complained.

-Him, Etoiles, Baghera and Aypierre wrote a long message in english they wanted to send to Quackity, calling out the situation. They didn’t got to send it on time as Lea went public before that and then Quackity went live.

-He said that he fully supports people who spoke up about the situation.

-He said there is no QSMP without the admins and said if there is no drastic changes about the managing of QSMP, with proof, he’ll personally never come back because he doesn’t want to support a project that exploits people.

-He said : « Pay people who work for you. If you can’t pay them, don’t expect them to endure the workload of someone who is paid. The least you can do is at least treat them nicely and fairly. »

-Knows that Pomme’s admin was doing a lot of work in the server and she did get put off the white list on the admin discord.

-Won’t play QSMP ever again if Pomme has to change admins.

-Thinks that what Quackity said during his live is a good start but things must change. He’s optimistic about it and believe positive change can happen if what must be done is done.

I'm gonna keep it real with you, QSMP. I think it's going to take more than "a few days" to fix all this shit happening.

The entire root needs to be pulled from the ground.

Emerging from my 500 million year hibernation to say the QSMP is absolutely cooked in my eyes. This situation is so unequivocally fucked with admins not being paid, a single unknown party pulling the strings and Quackity seemingly blind to a server he should own and be aware of.

I hope, HOPE, that the admins being fucked over get something better out of this after the dust settles.

A new issue of the QSMP Newsletter came out! Only got a few thoughts on it.

Poor A1. They deserved so much better. Glad y'all QSMP Tumblr ppl have decided to adopt them as a community.

Maybe it's just me, but I find it interesting that the destination for both Baghera and Etoiles are Pomme and the Code Monster. Just a neat reference to Etoiles and the Code's sparring match? CodePomme foreshadowing? Etoiles now becoming the parent of the Code?

So, this image. It seems like instead of being transported to some Federation base like normal kidnapped islanders, Pac was left at the bottom of the ocean by whatever teleported him in the middle of the ocean and dragged him under.

Something important to note is that, surrounding Pac, are dead Federation Workers. Pac himself is lying down on top of a pattern mimicking Cucurucho's face. Now, what I wonder is why there are Fed Worker bodies down there? Were they always down there, or did the same force that dragged Pac down killed them, too? Or, perhaps they went to grab Pac but either drowned or were killed.

Another question to ask is who exactly kidnapped Pac and why? If it was the Federation, why not transport him to a prison or a Federation base like they normally do to their targets? Why are there workers dead at the bottom? If it was the Code Monster (the same one who has the Code Blade whom attacked Tazercraft and gave Etoiles the location of the Code Shield / CPV2), what exactly does it have planned for Pac? Why did it only take Pac and not Mike? If the Code is aligned with the Federation, why is it possibly killing the Fed Workers trying to recover Pac?
