You can tell the Large and Small Magellanic cloud under the arch of the Milky Way. Right, there's Orion with Betelgeuse (big red star), the Orion Nebula, and the Orion Belt or Tres Marías as we call it in Spanish. Probably a lot more features I'm missing too.
