Pause squats .. 25 lbs to 2 plates in 10 lb inc, 10 breath holds
Shoulder stretches .. t, over head, elbows on bar, elbow stretches .. 7 to 10 breaths each
Super sets
Back squats .. 2 plates to 3 plates, 10 lb inc, 6 reps per set
W shoulder stretches
Standing push press .. 10 lbs to 40 lbs in 5 lb inc
Lat pull downs .. 220 .. 300, 6 reps per set
I really do hate it when people walk up to my bench to take weights im not using atm, when there are perfectly good weights on other racks for them to take.
