I was really afraid daily dose of sunshine was gonna pull the "romance fixes her" trope, but no! bro just put the flowers away during his confession to a VERY depressed Daeun and ended it with "let's go see a doctor"

I definitely think certain parts of the writing for daily dose of sunshine was meant to be provocative and it was meant to have you wanting to grab daeun by the shoulders and be like "STOP!!!!!!!!" I could see why they wrote her like that and I'll be honest when she was admitted, and she wouldn't take her meds or refused to receive help I was about to punch a hole in my computer monitor. everything daeun does makes sense, but it still makes you irate at times. her character struggled a lot with her self-esteem and she always cared, some argued too much, for those around her more than herself which is why she had a mental break. everyone is susceptible to mental illness, even if you're the one who's treating it and like guyong said "not even nurses can nurse themselves. I'm a doctor, but I can't treat my own problems." I loved woojin's character though and I think despite his whole obsessive nature, he was the most rational character in the show. he reached out to daeun when she needed it, but he never pressed her to accept him or his advice. he loved her and missed her, and tried to help her in every way that he could. he was a good doctor, a good friend, and in general just a good man. woojin killed it for me like he needs to dunk his whole head back into the silly but gentle romantic comedy genre more like come back to us PLEASE
