What is his magic/story as a Fate?

Why was he never trapped in the Deck of Destiny?

He is a vampire, but also the Lord of Spies and Assassins (founder?, leader? of the Order of Spies and Assassins). But what does it mean?

The Hollow was enchanted specifically to keep it safe from Chaos/Castor. Who or what was in the Hollow? Jacks? Aurora?
