If it had been any of the other demon brothers she would have absolutely believed them. But when it came out of Mammon’s stuttering lips, she’s learned that what he said is the complete opposite of what he meant. It was honestly one of the things she found so adorable about him.

She’ll be sure to ask Solomon who her actual date was supposed to be when they get back.

“Well that’s ok! I’m actually really relieved it turned out to be you instead of some stranger.” The human admits all too easily with a relieved smile on her face. “We don’t have to treat it like a date if you don’t want to. “Oh no I still have it written down from when you taught me before.” And it was surprisingly well written! If there was any cause for error it certainly wouldn’t be found in her note taking. “I think maybe I got a little over excited when casting the spell and ended up messing the words.”

     He’d just wanted fetch a drink— insomnia having reared its ugly head and keeping him from a decent sleep. The internet had failed to turn up anything  INTERESTING  and long stares at the ceiling were seldom entertaining. Belphegor wasn’t exactly one to eat out of boredom, but he wasn’t  OPPOSED  to helping himself if there happened to be something in the fridge.

          Though those plans were short-lived as he stared back at the girl. Expression unyielding as he surveyed the work before her. “ Too late. ” It was a painfully curt response before he looked back at to her face. “ Hope you had  FUN  slacking off. They’re not going to cut you any slack just for being an exchange student, you know. ”

“Well it’s hard to do homework when you’re a nosy human who can’t keep themselves out of other’s business.” It as an attempt at a friendly jab at herself, but the exhaustion in her voice is distracting. While she was happy all of her nosy and stubborn behavior managed to help the youngest brother and the rest of his family, it would be a lie to say the events leading to it hadn’t worn her down.

“I’ve gotten most of the work done anyway.... “ At least enough for it to be a passing grade for now. She should at least try to get some sleep, there wouldn’t be any point in doing the work if you overslept and missed your classes. (not that Lucifer would let her skip)

During a rare moment of peace, the exchange student had decided to spend the night in the dining hall, focusing on completing the homework she had unfortunately neglected until this point. As much as she wanted to ignore it for the sake of rest, she just couldn’t will herself to sleep. 

Just as she leans back in order to stretch out her back and rub the ache out her eyes she spots the youngest. A sudden feeling of awkward tension settling in the pit of her stomach. “Ah...Hi—Sure is late isn’t it?”

Most people were busy at work or at school so it was perfect for the staff to take care of the plants in the back of the shop or simply take their break.

“My main question is, would the clothes be the right size when they switch? Or will the two have to suffer with ill fitting clothes?” It would rightfully be hilarious to see Luke throwing a tantrum while stuck wearing over-sized clothes, but she would feel too bad for the other angel to suffer with such tiny clothing.
