This is now the second time I've replayed ICE without ever triggering the Toasty Packs thing with Freddie... I also basically talked to Lupe in person only once and never had that scene with her dropping the bullet. I know I've triggered the first before but I can't remember when/if I've seen the second.

I think the missing piece might be not investigating Icicle Lake right after the shack gets blown up and finding that PETA (or whatever they call it lol) info? I had an open to-do for that the whole rest of the game but it doesn't actually let you go back there once you've left the scene.

I know they try to make Mrs. Drake have a motive via saying if Linda can’t make it six months at Blackmoor, Mrs. Drake gets half the estate, but it’s totally pointless because she a) already lives there full time and b) doesn’t have kids as far as I can tell who would need an inheritance. So anyway she is the least creepy entity at Blackmoor

My controversial opinion is that the vegetable picking puzzle is really not that difficult. It's easy to pick overripe beans, but that doesn't make a difference anyway, and the underripe vegetables are kind of obvious

Great news, I’m playing on junior detective like four years after this post and I am once again stuck in the exact same predicament

I got real overambitious and played all the first 9 games on senior detective and now I’m on SHA and I forgot that you get a task list starting in this one and still picked senior and now I’m wandering around on Day One with NO earthly recollection of how to trigger Day Two

So excited to play DDI as I think it kicks off the very best trio in the series (DDI, SHA and CUR). They have such different atmospheres but are all so immersive and all have great characters.

CAR frustrates me because it’s way shorter than it should be and the characters are all super underdeveloped (except Joy who we spend wayyyy too much time on and maybe Harlan). It could be a great game with like, 30% more content.
