Lunch: 5PM - under 300cal
Dinner: 7PM - under 200cal - Must be fruit

-Must take 40+ minutes to finish eating
-Sip water between bites
-Chew 22+ times
-Must scroll edblr/edtwt/edtt while eating

-1 Hour subliminals or looking at thinspo
-Drink 2000ml+ per day

On Sundays when my dad comes over limit is 800.
1 day fasting, 3 days under 300cal, 2 days under 600. Last day depends how the rest of the week was.

I ate 950 calories yesterday, I SH and cried and absolutely hated myself, but I still lost 0.4kg!
It's not even the end of the week and I already lost 1.2kg, can't wait for my BMI to reach 15! :)

I upped from 200 cals to 500 bc I couldn't stop shaking and we have nothing but bread and jam so I had to make another sandwich
Kinda regret it but oh well it's not bad. It's 500cals at MOST bc I'm pretty sure half a tbsp of jam isn't 80 cals I just wanted to be safe..
