Bio: Roger was born in The Capital Wasteland and at the age of 10 slavers captured him and his family. With the help of his older brother he escaped before being taken away. His brother told him to wait for in near the city but he never showed. A Ghoul named Mama found him and brought him to the Ghoul city Underworld. Mama raised him and showed him how to survive the city and the wasteland. While in Underworld he learned the basics of being a doctor and when he was about 20 years old he left for Rivet City hoping to learn more from the scientists there. He learned to make chems and such and enjoyed every bit. He wanted to help people so he and some “friends” set out to do so (age 25). This is the wasteland people are assholes so he was sold to fucking slavers. Someone with doctor skills and the ability to make chems is pretty valuable. For 8 years he was forced to patch up, and make Chems for the asshole that “owned” him. He rebelled as much as he could by speaking out or just shouting. For a while they just beat him till he was quiet but to try to make him quiet for good they cut out his tongue. Though he still had his voice he stayed silent and waited. One night he finally was able to escape. He didn’t exactly know where he was but it wasn’t DC and he didn’t care. A sign that said Boston with an arrow on it was where he was going. He didn’t stop he ran till he collapse from exhaustion and starvation. A ghoul named Alice found him while she was on a scrapping hunt. She took him to her and her father’s home. They helped him for a bit till slavers following him found them. She fended them off with her Sentry bot Ruster. He didn’t want to stay and risk their lives so she took him to Goodneighbor. If anyone could help Roger live free again then why not the Mayor of Goodneighbor, John Hancock. 

Currently Roger lives in a hidden little apartment building not far from Goodneighbor. He trades scrap he finds in the city and Chems he makes to Daisy for caps and food. He’s also formed quit the friendship with Mayor Hancock.
