[I do not understand theater]
VERY WELL I SHALL COUNTINUE SEARCHING FOR THE CULPRIT IN THE NEXT ROOM...
Characters who are yellow coded not as in joy and optimism but, rather, yellow as in the first color the human eye will notice, plastered over hazard signs and school buses. Yellow as in a light so bright it burns. Yellow as in illness and disease, just waiting to infect. Yellow as deception, a cover up for something with teeth and claws and malice. Can anyone hear me
I am finally getting around to the recap vid. And I literally am SO RELIVED that he's talking about the issues of people tagging him in critical content. (Especially in regards to people being mad about lack of content a person in specific wants.)
I say this as a writer - being negative on someone for NOT putting new stuff out is probably the one way you can ensure that new stuff takes LONGER.
It zaps you of all your energy towards a piece. And it's just, in general, just a very rude thing to say. ESPECIALLY when you tag the creator in it.
Yes. You can air your grievances. But like, don't tag the person? That's just rude. Especially because there's not a single form of art that can put out daily content. Even weekly content can be difficult in the quality Thomas and Co is putting out.
Just. Be nice. Don't take Thomas or anyone in the Co in criticism. Honestly, in general when it comes to any art form - criticism is not warranted unless asked for.
And also - you don't know what is going on in someone's life. That longer than usual break can be for a reason they DON'T want to talk about.
And that's for all y'all out there who could not stand the concept of Thomas being a human being who definitely got overwhelmed by how big the series had become. He was open and honest in his video and I commend him for that. Yes it is frustrating to love a series and not get content from that series for a very long time, yes I love sanders sides and I am excited for the orange side episode yes like everybody else.
But I also know that Thomas is human, Thomas makes mistakes and he goes through stuff just like any other person out there. Just because he's a content creator it doesn't mean he's not entitled to have a little bit of grace.
Thank you Thomas for all the amazing content you made for us, thank you for everything you and Joan and the team created, and I truly hope next year is a year of success for everybody.
