I’ve been busy with adulting but also with my own writing projects. Such as the book I’m writing for these characters and some side story stuff.

Mostly a vampire romance that is a homage to an old thread I once did on Gaia (except this time I will have it have better writing and character names). The main story of Fates Edda is still being made but…vampire love story 👀

If I do come back to RP I’m bringing these characters with me.

☪ || Perhaps he stepped out of line? Listening in on something that clearly wasn’t any of his business and had absolutely nothing to do with him or the others. In truth, he knew better than to do that. Yet he still had taken the time to stand beside the older female’s quarters within the resistance. Remaining so very silent. So still. Hazen originally wanted to ask her a question. A question about how she felt being in another world. It was safe to say that question was never asked, not after discovering something about a birthday. He had always believed birthdays were magical things. It didn’t matter to him whether or not one was born out of tragedy or out of sheer love between two people… especially since many of the members within the resistance were children born from different backgrounds.

☪ || Thus why he had gone off on his own try and find something he could use to make a gift out of. He was surprisingly able to find ingredients. And even if he spilled things here and there… he was still fairly good at baking. Even if he got burned a bit. It was worth it in his mind, especially for someone he considered a friend. He wanted her to feel like someone here cared.

☪ || “How could I? You’ve been nothing but kind to me since you arrived, there’s no way I could ignore something like this.”

☪ || He gave a small hum, rising up on his tip toes slightly. He was quite content with himself. And the surprise in her voice only makes him smile, causing him to bounce excitedly in a rather child-like manner. He swears, if he had a tail it would be wagging as fast a ever.

☪ || “Yes! I was hoping that maybe you enjoyed sweets as much as some of the others in the resistance do. Mm, it’s my pleasure, miss Yunneth. I wanted you to feel appreciated toady. Ah, are you sure you want to give me a piece? This is your gift and I wouldn’t want to prevent you for enjoying it.”

“You really are a sweet boy.”

There was affection in that tone. If Yunneth wasn’t angry or annoyed, her tone was usually morose, serious, or monotone. She often hid how she was feeling but today, it seemed she was willing to open up a little...if only to show her own appreciation for such a sweet gesture.

“Oh nooo...me sharing will make it so I enjoy this chocolate even less. What ever shall I do?”

There was clear sarcasm in her tone. Really, he should just accept her wanting to share a little...besides...it isn’t like she is giving him half. She IS devouring the whole thing! She is merely going to share so she doesn’t feel like a total pig at the end of the day. Besides...how often do children around here get candy? The fact HE, a child, is giving her candy for her birthday is a sweet enough gesture in of itself.

“If it were a bother, I would have never offered. Come, don’t be shy. It won’t kill me to share a piece before I scarf it down.”

Her addiction to sugar is rearing it’s ugly head. He better take it before she changes her mind!

Yunneth would look at the apartment building that was closed off by a pad lock and chains. Huh...like that has ever stopped her in the past. The scent is strong and she could hear whispers. Whispers and cries...Even if she isn’t in their territory, she could feel the eyes of the dead on her. 

A massacre happened here recently. Normally she would allow the police to do their job, especially since the perp was taken into custody but something has been calling her here. Something wanted her here...and out of curiosity, she would answer this call. Perhaps it was a distraught spirit...or someone wanting a body. Either way, Yunneth would be putting her other plans on hold until she could handle the lingering dead.

“Good grief...I can’t have a moments peace without something calling me...and the more I ignore it, the louder the voice becomes. Let’s get this over with, shall we?”

So I played around with Yunneth’s design today. I’m tempted to keep her hair down from now on with the occasional hair style here and there. Also bats. She loves bats.

Her friends probably bought some bat themed stuff for her birthday.

I’m in a Yunneth mood so expect some Yunneth centric stuff today!
