Terms like "asshat," "head-up-ass," "up their own ass," and "high on their own farts" exist. There's also words like crap, dogshit, half-assed, assclown, and chucklefuck. And on the less vulgar side, there are terms like ridiculous, nonsense, train wreck, pointless, insipid, self-absorbed, pretentious, annoying, boring, contemptible, vile, and disgusting.

Substituting words like restarted, poptarted, brain damaged, smoothbrain, etc. is still ableist, because either 1. you obviously still mean the r-word, or 2. you're still using disability as an insult.

story concept where its two characters, daydream and nightmare, and daydream tries to rid the world of any nightmares (not the character) to make everyone happy except when they get to the end and confront nightmare (the character) its revealed that they were the villains all along because constant happiness only leaves you empty, without sadness to make the happiness stand out as being happiness it just becomes neutral with any struggles feeling completely crushing, so the moral of the story is that you cant have light without shadow and that theme is shown throughout daydream's journey to go confront nightmare where they keep struggling and then succeeding which makes the success feel much better
