Not of Events but of Their Meanings…
While reminiscing about the coming of Jesus Christ and His unsurpassed heroic act, the overwhelming majority of people perceives it as the times gone with the wind, as something that happened a very long time ago. However, it is not so. The process goes on continuously, here and now, and every day for the past two thousand years.
His teaching penetrates the soul and operates in it, that is if the soul is alive and has faith.
God is with us if, besides traditional Lent, austerity, regular church attendance, and symbolic communion via bread and wine, we gradually learn the Laws of God and indeed start following Them, meaning we perform the actual communion with the Laws. Then, as we get closer to the absolute obedience of the Laws, our spiritual “I” slowly transforms into a real human of high moral standing, who takes responsibility for his actions. This spiritual transformation is the true purpose of our existence on Earth, the essence and goal of evolution.
The obstacles on this road are spiritual laziness, lack of faith, will, patience, and humility before harsh retribution for our sins, as well as the absence of understanding of the primary critical points of religion.
Ignorance ultimately leads a person to search for someone to blame for one’s problems. Thus, one postures and takes the wrong stance towards the world.
Entrusting one’s intellect and making it the superior guide, man forgets about his spiritual origin and becomes a slave to his mistakes – sins. Thus, he forfeits his right to a happy fortune, which can only appear as a result of following the Laws. “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.” John, 8:34.
Unlawfulness (sinfulness) in the perfect world made by the Creator is punishable, and the villains, sooner or later, are doomed to misfortunes and, eventually, to obliteration. What people perceive as injustice, is merely retribution for their mistakes. The perfection of the Creator excludes any injustice by default. The masses, comprising the concept of “nation”, are not concerned with living in accordance with the Laws, or they do not know how to do it, which brings out the growing evil on planet Earth worldwide.
If you consider yourself a believer, it is your duty to understand the essence of the teaching of Christ, which cannot exist outside of logic.
Blind faith equals ignorance. “They are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” Matthew, 15:27.
“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John, 8:32.
Set you free from what? From your sins and their consequences, and otherwise inevitable adverse life events. For that, one must merely stop being lazy and start searching. “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew, 7:7.
The entire essence of religion comes down to only a few phrases:
1) “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.” Matthew, 22:37, 38.
2) What is love for God? “If you love Me, keep My commands.” John, 14:15 as well as 14:21, 14:23, 15:10.
3) “Anyone who does not love Me will not obey my teaching.” John, 14:24.
4) “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Matthew, 6:14, 15.
This quote of Christ describes the mode of redemption for one’s sins.
It is important to note that the false teachers of all times and places battle with the Truth because they will lose too much in case of its victory. This was proven by the fact of intolerance of the religious leaders of that time towards Christ. Nowadays, not much has changed. The new messiah will also undergo slander and persecutions.
Let’s bullet point a few issues:
- Are there decent and honest people in the world who are willing to evolve spiritually? Of course, there are!
- Are there believers who cannot settle with blind faith and who are trying to understand the essence of religion? Yes, there are.
- Is there a religion among numerous Christian confessions that brought people to faith, obeying the commandments, and prosperity?
- Are there any priests or spiritual leaders who not only took on a role of the guides to the Kingdom of Heaven but also actually provided that entrance? Perhaps, there are.
My goal is to deliver in a simple and understandable form the information about artificially created interferences on the road to spiritual evolution.
Let’s find our way out of the labyrinth of misconceptions and finally recognize who is our enemy versus our friend.
Even while reading the Bible (the New Testament), it is imperative not to let yourselves drown in the archaic literature. Instead, we must be able to discern in those texts what is from Christ and what is from people – the interpreters and commentators of the scripture. And only personal experience, of course, with the help of God’s Will, will allow us to get a sense of the right path.
A man who gained faith in the Creator and entered a battle with his sins, therefore, chose the Light and came under Its Protection.
So, where do we begin?

On the Eve
Yuri Lutsenko, September 2019
On the Eve
Humanity claims to possess spiritual values while increasingly spiraling down the path of lies, violence, and debauchery. Why? The reason is quite clear. However, there is no serious attempt to resolve the issue. Is there a single person who does not have at least one of the following vices: envy, greed, vanity, anger, irritability, resentment, sadness, fear, lust, the list goes on? From a religious point of view, these are all sins. Whether we acknowledge the Laws of the Creator or not, it does not change in any way their unshakable effect on our lives. Ignorance is not an excuse from responsibility.
So, sinful people form families, communities, nations, and, eventually, all of humanity. We live outside of the Law of creation, and we suffer accordingly. That is the highest form of justice.
Materialists do not believe in God, and that is their choice. But there are believers. Let’s take into consideration only the Christian denominations. Right from the start, all of them accepted the central principle that Jesus Christ redeemed all sins of the believers with His blood.
The priests say that we suffer for our sins. If that is true, then why do all of the redeemed believers, who have been cleansed of sin, continue to suffer? Especially since they regularly seek forgiveness from their new sins through the church, in God’s name. That must mean that the sins yet remain.
Many years ago, disciples of Jesus Christ concluded: if almighty God did not save His Son from death, He must have wanted it to happen. Why? Naturally, there came a need for a logical explanation.
And that explanation was found! The Old Testament describes the redemption of sins through a bloody sacrifice. That was the common practice of Jewish people at the time. Remember, the disciples were also Jewish and were raised in the traditions of their religion. A bloody sacrifice was a practice of ancient tribal sorcery. For your reference, you may want to read the Old Testament, the beginning of the book of Leviticus, ch. 1, v. 4-17. There you will find the detailed description of redemption through sacrifice. Leo Tolstoy, as part of his spiritual work, also noted an infiltration of some elements of Judaism into Christianity. That infiltration was introduced by the disciples. Bloody sacrifice as redemption was voiced primarily by Paul the apostle, although other apostles have made similar statements. Unfortunately, this version replaced the main essence of Christianity, and the “authoritative” opinion of the apostles became the core dogma for all Christian denominations, which appeases spiritual laziness.
That is how the Darkness residing in the minds of people, who did not yet fully comprehend the essence of the Word of God, introduced a lie at the very source of the Christian religion. The lie that one becomes free from their sins and is spiritually saved not through personal victory over sin but by the blood of the innocent Son of God. Thus, obeying the Commandments is the unnecessary hassle for the already “redeemed and saved.”
Compare it with the text from the New Testament, 1 John, ch. 2, v. 3, 4:
v. 3: “We know that we have come to know Him if we keep His commands.”
v. 4: “Whoever says, “I know Him,” but does not do what He commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person.”
Clearly, some of the apostles carried the opinion that fulfillment of the Commandments forms the main element of spiritual ascension.
Who was Paul the apostle?
1) During the lifetime of Jesus Christ, he was the agent of the Sanhedrin. He fiercely persecuted Christ and did not know Him personally.
2) He was a student of Gamaliel to become a rabbi and could not help but to introduce some elements of Judaism into Christianity.
3) As the Lamb of God, Jesus takes on all the sins of humanity, so that believers can be acquitted on the day of the Last Judgment. Paul explains the role of Jesus from Nazareth, who died on the cross, in a very unique way through the history of humanity. A Protestant theologian Heinz Zahrnt called Paul “a person who ruined the Gospel of Jesus.” Another theologian, Franz Overbeck, states: “Everything beautiful in Christianity gathered in Jesus, everything monstrous – in Paul” (Veddig Frikke “Who condemned Jesus?” ch. 2).
4) Paul became a Christian after the death of the Savior, while the apostles followed Christ from the beginning of His teaching. Those who researched the biography of Paul have concluded that the so-called “judo-christian” apostles did not trust Paul and considered him a spy in their midst.
5) Paul was subjected to harassment, not only from the apostles. From the very beginning, he definitely was the most controversial figure. The fathers of the Church, including Papias, Justin Martyr, and Tertullian, did not accept Paul. The author of the New Testament’s chapter of James (the brother of Jesus Christ) dissociated himself from Paul. The pointed message “Leave Paul – return to Jesus” remains relevant to this day (Veddig Frikke, ch. 2).
Paul the apostle writes in Romans, ch. 3, v. 24, 25, 28:
v. 24: “and all are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Jesus Christ.”
v. 25: “God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of His blood – to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate His righteousness because in His forbearance He had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished.”
v. 28: “For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.”
Compare the above with James, ch. 2, v. 24, 26:
v. 24: “You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.”
v. 26: “As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”
With his interpretation, Paul justifies the cruel death of Christ, along with the betrayal by Judas, and draws a very odd conclusion. Unable to control the actions of his flesh, he denies responsibility for his sinful behavior by making a decisive statement:
Paul in Romans, ch. 7, v. 15-25:
v. 19: “For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do – this I keep on doing.”
v. 20: “Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.”
That is the way the present-day Christians lead their lives – they believe and they sin simultaneously, justifying their weakness with the quotes of the apostles, while disregarding the Word of God that is in front of them, given by the Savior.
You won’t find a single quote by Jesus Christ to the effect of “it’s impossible to be sinless; therefore, I redeem your sins with My death, to abolish your responsibility over them.” If that were the case, this notion would be repeated consistently by all authors of the Gospels. For it is the most crucial element of religion!
Instead, the notion contradicts the Law of the Father: “A man reaps what he sows.” (Galatians, ch. 6, v. 7). This means that the officially accepted dogma that our sins are redeemed by the blood of the murdered Christ does not coincide with God’s Law of personal responsibility for one’s own actions. Moreover, it indirectly indicates that God gave man the impossible task of personally redeeming our sins while living by the Commandments.
For almost 20 centuries, humanity has been walking past Christ’s Truth, all the while thinking that we are “saved”. The result is apparent in cities and villages, on the streets and in families. It manifests in the form of rivalry and hatred between nations and, most revealing, in hostility between the Christian denominations. “By this everyone will know that you are My disciples if you love one another.” (John, ch. 13, v. 35).
The moan is spreading across the Earth, so where can we find justice? Without accurately understanding the essence of the Christian religion, we stand defenseless before an onslaught of evil. We refuse to remove the log of sin out of our eye. Instead, we continuously search for someone to blame for our misfortunes while forgetting the critical and perpetual Law that carves us, the Law that what we sow, so must we reap a hundredfold.
Let’s draw an analogy, by comparing our sinful society with a harsher equivalent, like a prison. Humanity consists of sinful people breaking the Law of God. We are surrounded by an invisible “barbed wire fence,” beyond which is our health, the joy of life, and the victory of justice. There’s a sign over the prison’s exit: “Out to freedom with a clear conscience.” However, for some reason, freedom does not come to us.
God does not support criminals, no matter which theories they justify themselves with. No excuse is accepted for a failure to live by His Law. Consequently, suffering is inevitable until we find our way to the right path and conquer our own laziness.
Jesus predicted the Second Coming. He knew that humanity would be unable to climb out of the surrounding sea of lies and misfortune without help from above.
But do you think the Second One will bring a new message? Just like the First One, He will proclaim: “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John, ch. 14, v. 15). And if we are incapable of living by the Law of God, which means loving Him, then we will face His Judgement. Or perhaps another apostle will suggest that our sins are redeemed through bloody sacrifice? Especially considering all of the many sins we have amassed by now!
Except this time, there will be no bloody sacrifice because, on the day of His welcoming, all enemies will be preoccupied with saving their own skin.
Didn’t the very few spiritual devotees prove to us that only a lifetime of hard work and dedication, supported by the Holy Spirit, can lead us to spiritual ascension?
We have had the time to live righteously, but now it seems that time has nearly run out. Instead of living by the examples set by the past devotees to attain spiritual accomplishment, we have put them on a pedestal and turned them into objects of cult worship.
Who helped us to forget or ignore the Word of the Son of God? Who, for centuries, while urging us to live by the Commandments, has been preventing us from walking along the right path?
“Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.” (John, ch. 8, v. 34). Speaking in simple terms, we are the slaves of envy, resentment, anger, despondency, fear, lust, jealousy, vanity, greed, and so on. These vices shape our external behavior.
Each negative emotion has keys for resisting it, which we need to learn and internalize. A victory over negative emotions will lead our society to cultivate harmonious relationships.
Why wasn’t the strict and straightforward teaching of Christ taken as a foundation for the spiritual development of a Christian? Instead, the opinions of the apostles, influenced by Judaism, were accepted as a core of Christianity. The word of the apostles, who were mere humans, was exalted over the Word of God! Why?
There is only one reason: a failure to clearly explain how to obey the Commandments and an inability to understand their true essence. Also, we didn’t cultivate the tools to fight the diverse and often cleverly camouflaged manifestations of the Darkness in our minds. For that, we need to learn from the experience of people living by the Commandments — people who took on the difficult task of spreading the Word of God.
The apostles themselves admitted their imperfection.
Paul, 1 Corinthians, ch. 13, v. 9-10:
v.9: “For we know in part and we prophesy in part,”
v.10: “but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.”
Jesus Christ, addressing John in Revelation, expressed His opinion about the apostles:
Revelation, ch. 2, v. 2, 4, 5:
v. 2: “I know your deeds, your hard work, and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not and have found them false.”
Further, in v. 4, 5, Jesus admonishes John for his transgressions and encourages him to repent.
The apostles did not possess the holiness that was attributed to them on their own. They received their righteous qualities from Jesus Christ, who said: “Freely you have received; freely give.” (Matthew, ch. 10, v. 8).
“Jesus called His twelve disciples to Him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.” (Matthew, ch. 10, v. 1).
Remember that the term “apostle” does not mean “holy.” The word “apostle” translates from Greek as “the one who is sent to preach.” Satan also has his apostles.
The notion that we are redeemed of our sins by the “holy sacrifice” became the screen hiding the real key to freedom and soul salvation.
The Son of God, during His life on Earth, already knew that people would fail. He saw our weaknesses, manifested in the people He interacted with. Thus, He proclaimed His prediction of the Second Messenger.
Why would we need the Second Coming if at least one of the denominations were following the right path to the Light? If that were the case, the congregation would learn by the example of their spiritually experienced priests. Then, people would be taught how to obey the Commandments, which would result in the gradual improvement of their spiritual and physical lives. Consequently, such people would become an example to follow. That is the inevitable outcome of living by the Laws of the Creator. The opposite of that would be the devastation, disease, and humiliation that serve as punishment for our sins.
The second coming of Christ is awaited by many, although He clearly stated that another advocate would come – the Spirit of Truth, which is another hypostasis of the Creator.
Gospel of John, ch. 16, v. 7-14:
v. 7: “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.
v. 8: When He comes, He will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment:
v. 9: about sin, because people do not believe in Me:
v. 10: about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see Me no longer;
v. 13: But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come.
v. 14: He will glorify Me because it is from Me that He will receive what He will make known to you.”
Christ’s statements make it evident that He does not speak of His own coming but a coming of another manifestation of God. Jesus is Love, and people crucified Him. And the Spirit of Truth, Immanuel, is the hypostasis of God’s Will. He will descend to establish order on Earth.
Let’s go back to the murder of Jesus Christ and the beginning of the apostles’ missionary work.
If Christ chose people who came to Him and later became apostles, that means they were deserving, spiritually strong individuals, perhaps the best of their day.
The apostles did everything in their human power. We owe them for spreading Christianity across the world, thanks to their sacrificial missionary work. It is not the apostles’ fault that the interpreters choose to follow their imperfect understanding of the Word, to the detriment of the true Word of the Son of God.
Those who have attempted to live by the Commandments know how tricky and powerful the Darkness is. It approaches a person mainly through their intellect, in the form of thoughts disguised as their own.
A follower can be led to the beginning of their spiritual work only through true faith, uncompromising self-control, sincere prayer, resistance of their own pseudo-thinking, and the strongest willpower, which must be applied regularly. In addition, willpower must be supported by God’s Will, through baptism. The next step is to never relax even for a minute for the rest of your life. How many of you are ready to take that plunge?
The death of Jesus Christ left the apostles without His continuous visible support.
The Darkness furiously attacked the still imperfect consciousness, trying to destroy the sown seeds of Truth. And it partially succeeded, preying on our unconquered vanity and other vices. If Jesus Christ were to live another 20 years, perhaps the history of Christianity and humanity would be entirely different.
Since that did not happen, the single “trunk,” formed by the religious teaching of Christ, began to branch off into numerous directions. Which of those branches is the right one? Only a person unburdened by the sin that prevents our consciousness from making the right choice, can answer that question.
Sin is not an abstract concept, such as merely breaking the law. Speaking in modern language, sin is a mass of dark, destructive energy – the Darkness, or demons. Terminology does not change the definition. This mass forms powerful dark clouds over each individual. Those clouds cut our physical body with its thoughts and feelings off from our soul, from the Light.
A sin can be external, visible, in the form of a physical act or a word, or it can be internal, invisible, in the form of a thought or an emotion.
As ordinary people, we can often control the visible part of our relationship with the world; however, we do not know how to block negative thoughts and feelings. Or perhaps we do not even consider them a controllable act.
The Will of the Creator controls all expressions of human “I” and judges us for all of them, including unrighteous thoughts and feelings. The words “Keep the hearth of your thoughts pure; by doing so, you will bring peace and be happy!” were addressed to us.
So, why did God not prevent the death of His Son?
Everyone, including Jesus Christ, falls under the Law of Choice, and God does not change His Laws. A Visitor, when coming to Earth, voluntarily accepts all possible consequences, including physical death. That is what constitutes the grandeur of the heroic act of Jesus Christ!
Humanity, to which the Son of God addressed His Message, could have chosen to embrace It. People could have decided to follow Christ, and to become the nation led by God. But the supreme spiritual authority of that time did not want to admit its inadequacy. The massacre of the Savior was bolstered by fanaticism or indifference of the masses.
“Blind leading the blind…” chose to murder! After the torture and execution of Jesus Christ, all that remains is to wait for the Last Judgement as an extreme measure. Humanity rejected the real opportunity to be saved and confirmed its intentions by nailing the Savior to the cross.
In recent years, after observing what is happening in society and nature, many conclude that the apogee of the final Judgement is rapidly approaching. The separation of “sheep from goats” is taking place. Possibly for the last time, man is offered to either walk towards God or to remain in the arms of his demons. “There is a judge for the one who rejects Me and does not accept My words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day.” (John, ch. 12, v. 48).
Let me remind you of several main virtues, without which the movement to the Light remains only an illusion:
1.  Repentance. “Penitent heads don’t get chopped off.” (Proverb)
2.  Faith. Faith must be a genuine, spiritual perception rather than an intellectual statement.
3.  Goal. The main goal is to free your soul. It must prevail over any earthly goals.
4.  Having your brain under the control of your spirit, your conscience.
5.  Presence of will.
6.  Presence of patience.
7.  Presence of humility. This means accepting the right of the Law to return our sins to us in the form of punishment. If the acceptance is genuine, then forgiveness is genuine and, thus, the sin is forgiven. That sin is redeemed with pain and loss.
“For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” (Matthew, ch. 6, v. 14).
All of the above qualities must manifest in the presence of real baptism.
Only a priest who possesses spiritual faith is able to baptize. Additionally, the baptized one must understand the essence of baptism. The Holy Spirit protects only those who have real faith. And real faith means openness to God, along with a consistent reduction of the personal sins which dirty this world. Otherwise, a person loses support from above.
Remember the warning of the Son of God – Head of the Church. Matthew, ch. 7, v. 21: “Not everyone who says to Me: “Lord, Lord” will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father who is in Heaven.” Conforming to the Will of the Father means fulfilling His Commandments. This is the salvation of the soul from the enslavement of sins.
Anyone who follows any of the official Christian denominations, including Orthodox, Catholic, or Protestant, sooner or later will see the inconsistency and contradiction of certain postulates. That is if we seriously want to understand the essence of religion and to honestly find the answers to our spiritual questions.
The Creator cannot be illogical. Truth always holds simple and clear logic unless it gets replaced by the far-fetched and unproven interpretations of humans. For, as we know, one lie always breeds another to defend the first one, and so it multiplies.
First, we need to understand that forgiveness and redemption of sins result from humility and personal elimination of negative emotions. This is a long-term commitment, which I can personally attest to through my own experience on this particular journey. Negative emotions destroy our physical and spiritual health; however, there exists a specific weapon against each negative emotion. This weapon is the conquering logic that is supported by the knowledge of the Laws of God. That is the only way one can be victorious over the primary opponent of one’s soul – intellect.
Blind faith is equivalent to ignorance and often leads to fanaticism. We need to obtain knowledge, not only so our souls can receive grace through faith, but also so our minds can understand the logic of Truth from the Creator. And such knowledge exists. Then the logic of the Light will conquer the logic of the Darkness, and intellect will serve man without degrading his soul, thereby fulfilling the Savior’s Covenant: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” (Matthew, ch. 22, v. 37). As a result of living by the Laws, we will become children of God and not the destroyers we are now.
Aren’t we now repeating the mistakes of our two-thousand-year-old history? “Blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew, ch. 15, v. 14).
Would it not be better to follow the phrase: “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John, ch. 8, v. 32)?
For now, freedom remains unseen.
Of course, these words are primarily addressed to living souls who have faith and seek a way out of life’s dead end.
Non-believers are not interested in the topic of religion for the time being.
I ask you not to view this text as an imposition of personal opinion, even though it is verified by the personal experience of witnessing positive results. Because each one of us bears personal responsibility for our choices, which shape our own destinies – sowing and reaping. Time will tell who is right. Life is the best teacher, and we must be able to learn from It, for life is from God!
Throughout the history of the Christian movement, there have been several martyrs for faith, many beautiful and spiritually strong people, and countless deeds worthy of respect. The memory of them will forever remain with us and will support those who truly move towards the Light.
Content of this article was selected, and conclusions were drawn based on a comparison of the two approaches to Christianity:
1.  Rare spiritual devotees came close to fulfillment of the Commandments by following the Word of Christ.
2.  The majority of the Christians, unfortunately, are spiritually inert.
The goal of this article is an attempt to direct human consciousness towards real work on oneself. Lazy people will not like it, guaranteed.
Addendum 1.
Citations from the book “In the Light of Truth” by Oskar Ernst Bernhardt:
From the chapter “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!”:
Mankind could not burden themselves with anything more terrible than this voluntary limitation, this incapacity to perceive all that lies beyond earthly matters, i.e., by far the greater part of all happenings. To this must now be added the many schisms and the ever-increasing hatred for one another, despite the uniformity of their voluntary enslavement by intellect! The cause lies neither with employer nor employee, neither with wealth nor lack of it, nor is it due to the church or the state, or to the different nations, but it is only the wrong attitude of each individual which has brought about the present state of affairs.
Even the so-called seekers for the Truth are now seldom on the right road! Nine-tenths of them turn into nothing but Pharisees who look arrogantly down upon their fellow-men and criticize them, while at the same time quarreling among themselves!
From the chapter “What seek ye?”:
But the seeker’s cry for Light, imbued with strengths to cleave through the mire, is turned aside and dies away beneath an impenetrable canopy, assiduously set up by the very people who think they help. They offer stones for bread!
From the chapter “The call for the helper.”:
In order really to be a human being, and begin his ascent as such, it is first of all necessary for man to descend from his artificial height. Today, spiritually puffed up, he is sitting in a tree at the foot of the mountain, instead of standing with both feet firmly and securely on the ground. Thus, unless he first comes down or falls from the tree, he will obviously never be able to climb the mountain.
From the book “Resonances of the Grail Message” by Oskar Ernst Bernhardt:
From the chapter “Easter 1934.”:
Each person only once has an opportunity to feel the last Grace of God in His Word! The Word will pass by him in such a way so that he will be able to know It if he wills. If he then does not grab hold of It with all his might and does not take advantage of the moment, then It will never return to him, and he will have to perish.
Addendum 2.
An interesting quatrain from the 16th century:
 “So long-awaited will never return,
Homeland in Europe, he will appear in Asia:
The only one who comes from the league of the great Hermes,
And he will rise above all the Kings of the East.”
Nostradamus, (Century 10, Quatrain 75).
How to interpret this quatrain?
It will not be Jesus who comes but Immanuel – the Spirit of Truth, which is another hypostasis of God.
He will be of European descent born in Asia,
The only successor to all God’s Messengers.
The Truth that He brings will rise above all branches of religions, including eastern ones.

Religious Pluralism and True Faith in the State of the Apocalypse
“Falsehood has an infinity of combinations, but truth has only one mode of being.”
Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
Religious Pluralism and True Faith in the State of the Apocalypse
Religion – derived from the Latin word religare – reunion (re-establishing connection), in this case, the connection between man and God.
Pluralism - diversity, a philosophical concept or policy advocating a state of society in which members of diverse ethnic, racial, religious, or social groups may co-exist independently from each other and without being reduced to a common principle.
True faith - not just an intellectual statement but a genuine spiritual state of openness to the Creator.
Apocalypse - the Greek word for revelation. This word typically refers to the Judgement Day and the End of Ages.
Pluralism has its strength in advocating peaceful acceptance of any non-aggressive concepts, opinions, liberal attitude towards different cultures, traditions, etc. While the idea of pluralism is valuable in theory, it hardly works in real life. The drawback is that the advocates of this concept, unfortunately, are not aimed at convergence or at least respect of their counterparts but at separatism based on a conviction in rightfulness exclusively of their views. However, only personal spiritual experience can be the merit for such conviction. In case of its absence, fanaticism rules over one’s consciousness, which is the product of blind faith and spiritual laziness. Such fanaticism is always inevitably accompanied by aggression.
Division of humanity happens due to sins, including hypocrisy, vanity, fears, resentment, envy and many other negative emotions that lead one to wrong conduct, erroneous stances in life, antagonism, and divisions within society. There will never be convergence or peace in the world without a victory over sins. Opportunists of all kind skillfully use this knowledge to make their fortunes.
The topic of religion is quite broad. It is impossible to review the history of the development of religious denominations, even the major ones, since each one of them has many subdivisions. In this article, we will solely examine Christianity.
Almighty God is bound by His own Law of Choice, which was granted to men. To choose God means to believe in Him and to really strive to change your character for the better. If there is no movement along this path given by Christ, there will be no help from Above. The Law does not help criminals unwilling to amend themselves. In this case, the Law does not support the ones who are lazy in spirit.
There is only one God and one Savior who gave a clear definition of the root cause of human suffering – sins, as well as precise instruction on how to climb out of the immoral quagmire. Then the question arises: “Why are there so many different Christian denominations?”
Let me quote Jesus Christ: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.” (Matthew ch. 22, v. 37, 38). That means there is no Christian without love for God. How does Jesus Christ Himself define love for God? The answer is: “If you love Me, keep My commands.” “Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me.” “Anyone who does not love Me will not obey My teaching.” (John ch. 14, v. 15, 21, 24). So, we can conclude: the majority of the believers in God do not love Him!
If disciples would accurately and fully learn His Word, the individual interpretations would converge. Then, there would be only one denomination with precise and systematic delivery. Since there is just one source, that should be inevitable.
So, what do we now see? Faith that has been cultivated over centuries in the authority of Jesus's apostles that is now indisputable. What about Christianity by Jesus Chris Himself?
What was His opinion about His apostles? Addressing the apostles, He spoke: “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.” (John ch. 16, v. 12). After Jesus's death, in a revelation He addresses John: “I know your deeds, your hard work, and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false.” (Revelation, ch. 2, v. 2).
I will quote one of the apostles: “For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.” (Apostle Paul, 1 Corinthians, ch. 13, v. 9, 10).
Once again, pure logic tells us that imperfect and incomplete knowledge cannot lead to the Truth. Perhaps, this is the reason for discrepancies in theory and practical application, as well as for the fact of the existence of numerous denominations and the moral collapse to which we have succumbed. Paul the apostle in his message to the Romans made a statement about the impossibility of victory over sins of the flesh. However, in Russia, there are religious devotees who are known to have disproved this doctrine with their personal experience.
The apostles were brave and honorable people, but like any person, they were not insulated from making mistakes. It was not the apostles’ fault that in the 4th century some felt the need to merge and canonize contradicting opinions. These contradicting opinions were not scrutinized by personal experience and were exalted to the status of the unchallengeable religious core. Any unbiased researcher of biblical texts can see the discrepancies between the opinions of the apostles and with the Teaching of Jesus Christ. People’s undefeated vanity, besides other vices, became an insurmountable obstacle on the road to delivering the Word to people’s consciousness.
So, whose opinion do we accept as the truth? If this is a religion from Jesus Christ, then His direct speech, His Word must be the base for theory and practical application of the religious doctrine for any Christian. The Son of God gave men a task – obey the Commandments to guarantee a happy life. The human spirit inadvertently carries within it the matrix of the Law. The Law, God’s Will or Holy Spirit, created the human spirit. To make this a spiritual realization for a person means to stop the multi-thousand-year battle with himself of not obeying the Law and suffering the consequences. That will lead to an understanding of the purpose of living on earth, as well as the meaning of life itself. That is the real journey to the Truth. We still do not see this happening.
The Truth, which came to earth, is strict and irreconcilable with the sin. However, the key to the Truth was lost somewhere centuries ago. Foreseeing this loss, Jesus Christ predicted the inevitable Judgment and the coming of the Son of Man when “… all the people of the earth will mourn…”. The purpose of His coming is to reinstate Lawfulness and to overthrow the Darkness and its earthly carriers. “Whoever is not with Me is against Me.” (Matthew, ch. 12, v. 30).
The experience of a very few spiritual devotees has proven that to bring oneself under the Law of the Creator is challenging and time-consuming, but doable. It is precisely this work that brings real living in accordance with the Word given from Above. That is the real Communion with Christ versus the symbolic Communion via bread and wine.
Leading a life free of sin means achieving reconciliation with the Creator, love towards Him, and re-establishing the connection with Him. Then and only then the word religion becomes meaningful. This spiritual experience is necessary. Then all branches would merge into one religion; there would be no reason for opposition, for the Word of God is free from contradictions.
“Whoever says, “I know Him,” but does not do what He commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys His word, love for God is truly made complete in them.” (1 John, ch. 2, v. 4).
There is no desire to accuse any of the denominations, which showed many good deeds and earthly accomplishments. At the end of the day, it’s not the governments, disagreements of the numerous denominations, the materialism of science, or the harmful technological advances to blame, as many may think. All of that is merely the product of spiritual poverty and the false stance of each and every individual that makes up the entire spiritually deprived society. Such a fallen civilization is doomed unless it makes a drastic turn towards morality!
It’s not the biblical quotes or the superficial appeals that are needed, but the sharing of spiritual experience and modes of battling with sins. Without this battle, there is not and never will be any healing spiritual process. But to share such an experience, one must have one. Humanity has learned many things except for one thing, the main thing – how to live.
Physics of Religion in a Nutshell
When a person possesses genuine spiritual faith and is victorious over his sins, including negative emotions and thoughts, he gradually recovers the ability to perceive intuitively. That ability was previously lost as a result of the Fall of Man. Intuitive perceptions are generated by the spirit and are a different type of radiation. This type of radiation has a wave speed much faster than the slow waves of our feelings. Thus, it is much more powerful.
Then, the dominant of Conscience and Love is gradually restored, which is in much deficit in modern society. Recovery of the spiritual qualities and abilities was achieved to some degree by such individuals as Sergius of Radonezh, Seraphim of Vyritsa, Seraphim of Sarov, and so on. “Not everyone who says to Me “Lord, Lord” will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father who is in Heaven.” (Matthew, ch. 7, v. 21). The Will of the Father is the Laws, the commandments. The above quote defines the “pass” into the spiritual world, which is impossible without rectification, meaning obeying the commandments. Otherwise, the connection is not restored with the spirit, since personal vibrations, distorted by sins, do not correspond and are not in line with the lawful spiritual vibrations! There is no resonance, no correlation in characteristics of the waves, which is the base for any wave coupling.
The Word of Jesus Christ and the experience of the people mentioned above, who practiced His Word, is an example to be followed. That is the all-cure and the national idea at least for the part of society that did not yet succumb to the brazen onslaught of immorality, hypocritical lies, and corruption. “… but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.” (Matthew, ch. 24, v. 13).
Many, including very well-known scientists, speak of the fact that God began His silent but conspicuous dialog with men. What is happening with Earth and the Solar system, where many astronomical, helio, and geological parameters have gone out of their regular mode, speaks of impending changes. What changes and when? The Bible answers: “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in Heaven, or the Son, but only the Father.” (Matthew, ch. 24, v. 36). Jesus Christ pointed out indirect indications of the approaching Catastrophe: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places… and many will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.” (Matthew, ch. 24, v. 7-10).
The ongoing developments warn us and put us at a crossroads. If we are the children of Truth and Light, we must prove it by amending ourselves. If we let spiritual laziness put us to sleep and we continue compromising with the Darkness, then we will be left in the dark and will keep on enduring humiliation and degradation until the sentence is given by the Supreme Judge.
What is man’s sin or felony before the Creator? Unfortunately, the masses (I only refer to the believers) consider themselves nearly sinless. Those people have an opinion that sins take place only in the realm of words and deeds. However, there is also an invisible but quite real realm of thoughts and feelings that comprises the relationship between man and the world.
Everyone understands how uncomfortable it is to be in the presence of an envious, rude, or cruel person even if the person is not interacting with you. That is an impact of the field of vibrations of forms created by thoughts and feelings. Those forms are unpleasant because they are malevolent, hostile, and we can register them with our biosensors. Our deeds may be physical, verbal, mental, or emotional. All of these realms are permeated by radiation of the Supreme Will that created us. Somewhere our misconduct is registered and eventually is returned to us in the form of an adverse life event. And most people wonder why they have such an unfavorable destiny despite being good citizens and “faithful believers”. This approach results in searching for someone to blame. Their complaints are even sometimes directed at the Creator.
The knowledge of the Laws of God and the knowledge of His qualities is the foundation in battling one’s sins. True Faith is the base for moving upward. If one has Faith, then the logic of religion is simple and clear. This logic will lead a person to make a realization about the necessity of spiritual transformation.
Let’s take an emotion such as resentment as a reaction to injustice. If we ask a believer: “Is God fair?”, the answer will be: “Yes!” “Is God perfection?” “Yes!” That begs for another question: “Then how could a fair and perfect God create an imperfect and unfair world where it appears that evil wins? Isn’t He the Creator and the ruler of this world?”
So, what is the reason for this apparent discrepancy or inconsistency? The answer is simple. Assume, a sinful person (nobody is a saint) got offended. People tend to view the situation between the offender and the offended as something that happened here and now. Instead, it must be examined in the context of one’s entire past life, where a person made numerous sins. Then one may view it as “what you sow, that shall you reap a hundredfold”, where sowing was a sin, or breaking the Law. Reaping is suffering when the sin is returned by the Law. That is fair from the point of view of the Creator, and that Justice rules the world. Each crime receives an inevitable punishment.
True Christianity is free of the feeling of resentment, and it shows genuine forgiveness through a logical realization of being responsible for each and every act. In this case, forgiveness is called humility, when an offended person considers his offender an intermediary of the Law, simply returning his sin back to him. Forgiveness is accepting in humility the right to be punished for one’s misconduct. Otherwise, a person who lacks understanding of this arrangement becomes upset with the act of the Law. Therefore, he resists God without even realizing it. Resentment is not as harmless as one may think. Additionally, genuine and conscious forgiveness leads a sinner to be forgiven by the Creator for the sin that was “tied” to the punishment. Then, the sinner is redeemed before the Law for that particular sin. He personally redeemed it with his suffering.
This mechanism of redemption was given directly by Jesus Christ when He addressed His disciples: “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” (Matthew, ch. 6, v. 14, 15). The spiritual devotees in their personal experience were implementing precisely this. Sergius of Radonizh, for example, in his teenage years became a hermit, left society, and for many years was redeeming his sins. As you can see, he succeeded in it quite well!
We have been told that we suffer because of our sins, and that is true. The experience of Sergius of Radonizh and others like him showed that the real process of redemption is lengthy and tough.  God is constant, and from the day of creation of the world He never changed His Laws or the essence of His Word addressed to people.  The only thing that varied was the form of delivery, according to the educational and cultural level of the society to where the Visitor from Above came.
Who does humanity consider their societal leaders?  Politics, science, and the church claim this role. How far have we come, despite a large number of geniuses?  You yourselves can answer that question. “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight.” (1 Corinthians, ch. 3, v. 19).  What is the weakness in the scientific approach? In the best-case scenario, they educate and raise an intellectual individual.  However, there is a lack of moral education, such as conscience and sense of responsibility for one’s behavior.  The process of education had obviously failed a long time ago.  As a result, society is degrading.  An intelligent person without control of conscience is a terrifying phenomenon.
Without faith and spiritual experience, there is no access to the world beyond visible matter where the causal (cause of) level of all knowledge lies.  The psychic experience proved a thousandfold that a human has abilities to access the world beyond visible matter.  This spontaneity must be researched.  Learning this process should be included in the curriculum of a civilized form of education.  However, a researcher in this field cannot analyze data and draw valid conclusions because he operates only with his brain, which is limited to the wave speed of electromagnetic fluctuations of about 300,000 km/sec.  And psychic mediums, except hypnotists, work at the wave level of about two orders of magnitude faster than 300,000 km/sec.  Advanced physics (torsion physics) partially tapped into that knowledge.
What about religion?  That which we call revelation (not to be confused with meditation) is much more abundant in comparison to psychic achievements, but most importantly, revelation is the key and not the lock pick to Heaven.  “No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John, ch. 14, v. 6).  We can quote beautiful phrases until blue in the face, however, as we know, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  That is where we are headed.
Allow me to go over the anatomy of stress and the origin of disease of the physical body.  Our bodies are made of cells.  Cells are made of molecules, atoms, protons, neutrons, and electrons, which are connected by specific dependencies and constants.  Ideally functioning elementary particles provide a harmony of atoms, cells and, thus, the health of the body.  In the material world, the stability of the atomic processes is ensured by the wave speed of 300,000 km/sec, whereas the wave speed of emotions is two orders of magnitude faster.
Impulses of resentment, fear, jealousy, or envy cause a “crushing” of the atom, meaning the regular interaction of the elementary particles, cells, and biochemical processes in the body become disrupted.  That is how the initial stage of the disease takes place.  With continuous daily pressure by the negative emotions, the disease progresses on to more advanced stages.  Man is a sinner, and therefore, whether he admits it or not, he creates evil.  By the Law of Resemblance, he thus attracts evil.  This is the result of a lack of knowledge in this field.  It is impossible to get rid of negativity, which is destroying our lives, without the right world outlook and help from the Light.  And that is practically unachievable without the deep understanding of the essence of religion, which holds the knowledge of the laws of life of this world.  Without this knowledge, we are blind and deaf.
All those who came from Above tried to wean us off of our mistakes and taught us how to be happy.  At best, we ignored them, but more often we chased them away, persecuted, and even murdered them.  Apparently, after the murder of Jesus Christ, the Creator ran out of patience.  Therefore, the warning about the Last Judgment is conveyed in the New Testament.
The effort to change the world without altering people’s consciousness is a waste of time.  We have been sowing sins for ages, and now they are returning to us.  We get offended.  Thus, we refuse to pay our dues, causing the Law to double the punishment, and so forth.  Consequently, we do not have the right to a happy life even in theory.
It is important to remember that all people are of the same spiritual origin.  Thus, the idea of evolution, presented in the Christian religion, is one for all.  All a man needs to do is to abandon his spiritual laziness, verify through personal experience the accuracy of the direction he is heading (just like in scientific approach), and to subdue his earthly activity to the spiritual dominant.
There are some interesting findings based on the acquired experience.  The accumulated material would be sufficient for many hours worth of lectures.  Anyone reading these words will inevitably have questions.  There are answers, including to the sacred question: “Why in the just world do bad people seemingly prosper, and good people suffer and sometimes perish?”
Given time, I will explain it in detail, using simple logic.  Only personal experience allows one “to separate the wheat from the weeds” in this challenging process of spiritual development.
The main reason why a man gets lured by false teachings is laziness.  Many false teachers appeal to the masses to believe without reservation in their messianism.  They demonstrate paranormal abilities as proof of their divine origin.  In return, they promise to free people of their problems, meaning to relieve a sinner from the consequences of one’s sins without personal labor.  The lazy in spirit is attracted to the idea of getting everything effortlessly.  This is the reason for the massive success of false teachers.
God is pure Clarity and Naturalness.  The teaching of the Truth is very simple.  Jesus for a reason chose His disciples out of modest people like fishermen, etc., instead of priests, Pharisees, and clever teachers.  They neither possessed the vanity of the all-knowing, hypocrisy nor artful trickery.
If you find yourself exploring spiritual science, keep in mind that if the teacher does not have comprehensible and straightforward answers to your questions, then he does not know his subject.  Vanity prevents one from acknowledging it.  In the meantime, the “fog” is created out of complicated terminology, restrictions, and hints of the teacher’s exclusivity.  In the business of freeing the spirit, there are no inflated ambiguities and mysterious concepts.  That is a smokescreen to pompously hide one’s ignorance while luring many onto wrong and dangerous paths.
The Truth unites, binds, gives Faith, Hope, and Love.  The Darkness (Evil) operates in the mode of “divide and conquer” by using our vices.
Pluralism in religion is necessary as the only measure in sustaining good relations while we are divided by ignorance.

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you…”
I appeal to everyone who considers themselves a Christian. Think about this, if you were specifically offered redemption of all your sins at the expense of the martyrdom of an innocent person, would you have enough conscience to accept this sacrifice, and even with joy and reverence bear this in your memory all your life?
Is this really an incomprehensible Heavenly Justice? Let’s assume it is. Then how did people become righteous in times before Christ, prior to His sacrifice, including characters of the Old Testament? How did the people like Radonezhsky, Sarovsky, Vyritsky, and Svirsky achieve holiness? It was only by long-term personal labor, fulfilling the Commandments.
I will not mention the contradictions in the opinions of the apostles and their contradictions with the Word of Christ. That is a separate subject.
What happened after the murder of Jesus Christ?
Humanity, despite the “redeeming” sacrifice, for the last three thousand years has been rapidly spiraling down into an un-spiritual abyss.
The masses of multimillions that consider them-selves believers and redeemed by the sacrifice are still overcome with suffering. It is only logical that the atonement of sins is equivalent to the return of innocence before the Law of God. Then the fulfillment of the Commandments is of no use. So, why do people suffer if they are redeemed?
How did at least the Christian part of humanity thank God for the sacrifice that He made for the happiness of each one of us?
In the stretch of two thousand years countless wars, executions, secret murders, tortures and persecutions have been committed, including by the Christian denominations in the name of God. This is with the Words of Christ present on their flags – “Do not kill”, “Do not judge, so you will not be judged”, etc.
Observing the history up until today, one can see that people are morally degrading, and having a clean conscience is not honorable, with the exception of a small number.
Therefore, the so-called “sacrifice” did not aid in the removal of sins, at least not amongst believers and, thus, creating a decent life, protected from adversities.
The claim that the sacrifice redeems people’s sins absolutely contradicts the Law of Retribution on merit: “What you sow, that you shall reap”. The claim is that sinners sowed their sins all their lives and innocent Jesus Christ answered for them with death.
If the Creator’s plan were in the redeeming sacrifice through His Son, then in all the Gospels this idea would be repeatedly emphasized from the first person, that is, by the mouth of Jesus Christ. As if saying: You people yourselves cannot conquer your sins and redeem them. I must sacrifice Myself, as the only opportunity to help you in redemption.
This does not appear in any of the Gospels. On the contrary, He prayed three times in the Garden of Gethsemane: "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from Me ... " (Matthew, Ch. 26, v. 39, 42, 44). He did not want to die and be tortured. If the sacrifice was acceptable to the Creator, then Judas cannot be blamed for betrayal. Judas, in this case, is the necessary intermediary in the fulfillment of the mission. On the contrary, Jesus repeatedly stressed the need to fulfill the Commandments as a pledge of love for God.
I am reminding you that the Law of Retribution is from God and not the manmade misinterpretation, which indulges human laziness. The Son of God summoned a battle with all vices, which laziness is the mother of.
What is the purpose of God’s descent to Earth?
He invoked people to return to living by the Laws of the Father. It is life according to the Commandments that leads a person to innocence before the Creator.
“Everyone who sins is a slave to sin.” And the sinner will always be crushed by his fait for not complying with the Laws of this World, which is controlled by the Will of God from the beginning of times. There are no innocent people on Earth, thus, we live worse and worse.
Have people learned to live by the Commandments in two thousand years? No! Most of them do not even try. And the few who would like to, do not know how. Why?
Perhaps, the soul is saved not by sacrifice, but by obeying the moral Commandments?
Who is the conductor of the Teaching of Christ? The Christian denominations are, but in order to teach people how to obey the Laws, first, the teachers themselves must have personal experience in doing so. Second, it is necessary to awake the desire of the flock to fulfill the Laws.
But for that we need examples of spiritual purity, which is achieved by life according to the Commandments and, as a result, this gives prosperity in destiny. This obvious prosperity visible to all will stimulate people to live in accordance with the Laws. In addition, the word of such a pastor will be supported by the power of Light – for he practices what he preaches.
Let’s turn to the Authority of the New Testament. The Gospel of Matthew, chapter 22, verse 37, 38: “Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.”
What is the love for God?
Jesus Christ Himself answered that.
Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 15, 21, 23, 24.
v. 15. “If you love Me, keep My commands.”
v. 21. “Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father…”
v. 23. “Anyone who loves Me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
v. 24. “Anyone who does not love Me will not obey My teaching. These words you hear are not My own; they belong to the Father who sent Me.”
Above are the direct words of Christ, which clearly point out that without the fulfillment of the Commandments there is no love for God. So, the first and greatest Commandment is not being fulfilled.
You can praise God with your lips your entire life, cry and kiss icons, keep fasts, visit churches and attend worship, but yet never learn to love God.
Gospel of Matthew, chapter 7, verse 21: “Not everyone who says to Me: “Lord, Lord” will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father who is in Heaven.”
Let’s summarize. Was there a sacrifice? – Yes, there was! But it does not bear redemption, which has been proven by the post-Christian history of wars, lies, violence, and hypocrisy.
The greatness of the heroic deed of Jesus Christ is that He withstood the attacks of the evil masses, which were taught by the leaders of the denominations of that time. He gave people the Teaching on how to save the soul if, of course, it will be applied in practice, which is a victory over spiritual laziness.
His Word must not only be quoted but made a way of being, which would give people a decent life as a result.
This is the essence of the sacrament of Communion. Only a spiritually growing person can be a participant in the spiritual purity shown by Christ.
Otherwise, there is no connection in spirit and all that remains is the symbols – unleavened bread and wine without real love for God.
Where there is no love there is no God, and everything is dead and hypocritical!
Believers await the Second Coming, but He will not say anything new and will only demand again to keep the Commandments. After all, people have not changed and a great number of sins have now accumulated.
Whether we believe in God or not, whether we really accept the Law of Retribution (what you sow, that you shall reap) or not, it works, condemning people to the manifestations of the corresponding consequences in their destiny.
The overwhelming majority refuses to recognize this interconnection. If they accepted the Law, they would have only themselves to blame for all their quandaries, and that is very undesirable! It is a self-gratifying relief to shift the entire blame on your relatives, neighbors, government or corruption, and to envy, accuse and so on. But these groups of offenders are merely the instruments of the Will of God, who return our own sins back to us.
From the time of the first sins, this Law had been told to Man as universal knowledge of responsibility for one’s behavior. Also, the knowledge had been given on how to redeem sins, which is included in the New Testament.
Gospel of Matthew, chapter 6, verse 14, 15.
“For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
“But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
In the prayer, referred to as the “Lord’s Prayer”, which was given by Jesus Christ, appears also the same formula of redemption – “…and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors…”. In reality, there are a great number of grievances that constitute non-forgiveness among believers. Therefore, according to the essence of the prayer, God is not forgiving us either. That is because resentment speaks of the non-acceptance of the well-deserved punishment for past sins. That adds to the burden of guilt. Sincerely forgiving from the bottom of our hearts, we, thus, recognize the lawfulness of the punishment. This is real respect for the Law of God and real redemption of sin.
This is the essence of Christian humility before the adversities of fate. Every day, episode after episode we receive everything that we deserve based on our past behavior.
Our sensible mind is an instrument that requires logical explanations of why we should forgive. Awareness of the Law is what gives an understanding of the causal relationship between sin (crime) and restraining of rights (punishment) in this most just World from God.
Why does God’s punishment not start with the major and global offenders? They are obvious, and they live a seemingly good life.
In the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 5, verse 44 Jesus says: “Love your enemies.” What did He mean? If we try to love our enemies without understanding why, our mind will not accept it, or it will be hypocrisy. Only several years of experience allowed me to realize the meaning of this phrase.
Who in due time forced me to change my position from the agnostic to the believer? They were the enemies that created an unbearable situation. They forced me to seriously examine what my fault was before God, and what I must do and how. That is the first benefit.
Who in the process of redemption of sins through forgiveness creates negative moments in life? Those are the enemies – offenders. There is no process of redemption without them. That is the second benefit.
Having achieved pretty good health after a while without doctors or medicine, and also a more favorable life, I became a little bit lazy in spirit, resting on my laurels. Then, once more troubles started increasing and, yet again, from my enemies. They do not allow you to remain lazy. That is the third benefit.
As you can see, only through experience came an understanding of why I should love my enemies – they are useful in the process of spiritual development.
Commandments! The exhortation for their fulfillment is so often heard in sermons.
A beginner in the battle for his soul must know that the Law requires restoring order not only in visible and audible spectrum of behavior, but also in thoughts and emotions. They have an impact on health and life as well.
Against each of the negative emotions, such as resentment, fear, envy, vanity, anger, despondency, etc., there is a specific technique. The matter of fact is that without defeating negative emotions there is no taming of negative thoughts. “Keep the hearth of thought pure.” The fact is that the speed of emotional waves is much faster than the speed of the electromagnetic waves, in the range of which our mind works. Faster waves dominate over the slower waves. These occurrences were explained by the discoveries of modern physics in the field of torsion waves.
What are the pivotal points in the victory of the spirit over sin?
1) Faith. Jesus called faith the key to Heaven.
2) Goal. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” The spiritual goal must prevail over the earthly goals.
3) Presence of will and patience. “The Kingdom of Heaven is taken by strength.”
4) Control of the brain activity, through which the darkness will attempt to derail you. “Watch and pray.”
5) Understanding the essence of humility as the only way to actually redeem sins.
In addition to the Bible, there is another book that has helped me and others to deeply understand the interaction between the spirit and the body, the structure of the World, the operation of the Laws, the status of man and what darkness is and its influence on the psyche. This book "In the Light of Truth" has three volumes, written by Oskar Ernst Bernhardt (1875 - 1941). The text of the book is a Revelation. In the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 24, verse 14, there is mention of the Gospel that will be given to people shortly before the Last Judgment as one of the signs of the End of the Ages and as a forerunner before the coming of the Messiah. I think this is It.
I hope this article causes some degree of contemplation from the section of society that has preserved Honor and Conscience but underestimates the power of the teaching of the Christian faith.
Understanding the essence of any issue from the source was taught to us in educational institutions. I, first of all, advise you to also understand the Christian religion from the source - Christ. It is simple and clear, for it is from God.
If, however, the above words do not convince you - live as you will, as you please, for God granted us all the freedom of choice.
The framework of this article does not allow for the delivery of a comprehensive methodology for combating sin – this can be found in lectures on the internet at:
