Addressing Kittyeri

Hello! Some of you may know who I am but I’d rather not say. I’m not one to make a lot of personal posts or big confrontational posts in general because why sweat the small stuff? However, I feel as if some of these issues need to be addressed since certain things have kept coming up and I know i’m not the only one who is feeling like this. ok but i was in the rv chat for a lil bit and got kicked out bc i wasnt active;; but kittyeri and that other girl (june?? i think) were rlly rude at times and came off rlly strong. idk it just seemed kind of off to me.. ANYWAY this news is rlly shocking + thx for letting us know!!

Oh I remember when Suni and Junie were doing that actually! I’m sorry if you got removed abruptly with no reasoning after. Since I’m still in the chat, if you’d like you can com off anon and tell me your Line ID and I can re-add you. But yes, you’re right they were a bit rude at times. They also could be a bit overwhelming in the chat and I noticed people would back off. But ofc I thought it needed to be done after so long and a lot of people’s tags i’ve read feel the same and glad I did it or are shocked.

Did you honestly make a blog just to call someone out like??? I think it's sad that you guys managed to drive kittyeri off the site and tbh it's lowkey bullying. I am not saying the things she did weren't wrong especially the catfishing, but there is a person behind that blog and I think its so disgusting that people publicly shame like this. You should have at least given her a real chance to change her actions. I didn't even know her, I just saw this post and I thought it was gross af.

Well anon, the goal was not to drive her off the site but just bring people aware to what she had done. Also not to offend you anon but like you said, you didn’t eve know her so you don’t know exactly the whole situation because theres a lot to it. Let me explain to you why I did what I did. The catfishing thing bothered me but like I said, i ignored it because that’s not worth causing a fuss over and people do it constantly. I just really had an issue she lied to all  of us about owning up like she said, and then blocking a few of us from the chat when we asked about her and kept living as nothing happened. She didn’t know I was talking to Zoe but she knew I knew and still just ignored us all which is kind of a bad move from a friend standpoint.  However removing credit and white washing is more serious. That’s when I decided to actually write it because those are more serious. Theme creators don’t have to make themes or publish them so when they do it’s just respect to leave credit on something someone actually worked on for you for free. When people asked her about (because I know people did) we never got a reply but she finally did add credit so she did see people were noticing. My friends even messaged the creators and they took it from there but all she did was just change the themes to something else and remove their credit so it was just a vicious cycle. Imagine working on a huge project and someone just removed your name and said they did all the work. That wouldn’t feel very nice would it? White washing is completely unacceptable.  Yes, pastel edits are always whitewashed to an extent however, some are very apparent. She doesn’t seem to understand that changing the color of someones skin for “aesthetic” and “style” is wrong. Some of the anons i saw were a bit more blunt about the white washing thing and her replies were also a bit rude. So if I’m bullying, what were those anons doing? Another example, would you like it if someone was editing you and said “oh you’re too dark I’m just going to light you up” I’m not sure about you anon, but I wouldn’t feel that great. Because what’s wrong with the way I am? Yes some originals are already white washed but going out of your way to even lighten that up with intent is completely wrong.  When typing out the post I tried to just type with the logic behind my accusations and not my feelings and I guess a lot of people felt the exact same. I decided to make a separate blog for this because I knew it may cause some commotion and wanted this to seem neutral as possible. I see how you think making this post is wrong but, I’m sorry anon. All 3 of the issues are wrong and whenever people tried to say something she just ignore it or reply rudely. And how she replied to some of the anons was just… bad. I’ve known (and so have some others I talk to) about the catfishing, theme removing, and of course white whashing, for months (its been at least 8). And like I said, whenever people confronted her she’d ignore it. So she did have time to apologize or change her actions like you said but didn’t. A lot of people have given her enough time to change her ways (usually sending anons because we all got blocked) but nothing happened. That’s why I don’t see an issue with just finally bringing this out publicly since she couldn’t take care of this privately.  I thought she’d see it and just stop or apologize at the least. I even specifically said, “Now, I’m not trying to say send hate to Suni or don’t follow her. So please don’t take this the wrong way.” So what Suni did by deactiviating was completely her choice. I’m sorry this reply got long but I wanted to properly explain myself and I hope you can understand why I did it. If you have any other concerns or want to talk about this more with me feel free to message off anon or not.

I just woke up sorry for the late reply anon!!! But yeah the white washing thing is pretty bad… And v problematic… Hopefully she learns one day and about the rv chat tbh she was fine for the most part she was a bit rude at times though and creeped me tf and the rest of us out she found my Instagram and took a screen shot and never told us how she found it… It was creepy bc I never gave out my usernames in like the groups notes or just in the chat itself so yeah a bit creepy… Especially still not knowing how she found my Instagram

No I'm pretty sure it was Line anon. The point is though that she lied to Zoe and the rest of us about telling us the truth so it kinda makes us wondered if she actually was being sincere with everything else she said. Kinda sad, really.

Addressing Kittyeri

Theres 3 main issues that seemed happen in order, and that would be lying, not leaving theme credit and whitewashing.

A) Lying multiple times

Honestly this has been bothering me for a while but I decided to ignore it just because I found it pointless for over the internet. Suni and her friend Junie use to be admins of rvpastelnet (Admin S & J). I joined and made some really good friends that I still talk to often and love dearly. But one day my friend stumbled upon something seemed a bit off. My friend was scrolling through Instagram and found an Instagram with the username zoe.pym who happens to look like this 

Which looked oddly familiar to... 

I decided to contact the real girl, Zoe, and we ended up getting Zoe to message Suni on Line to confront her. The convo briefly followed as:

She claimed to Zoe and the rest of the redvnet that she’d apologize to us and sent this screenshot to Zoe as “proof” 

However the top is cut off and as a group we never got a message.  Too bad she didn’t realize we all were talking to Zoe already. Suni soon left the chat and when I asked if she’d ever come back to the redvnet I ended up getting blocked. Also side note we ended up busting Junie for catfishing but she deactivated the minute the real girl messaged her and we haven’t heard from her since. 

B) Not leaving credit on themes

Basic rule of themes is to just leave credit on them. Theme makers dedicate their own time to create themes and work very hard on them. The least someone could do is to leave credit. Suni of course didn’t originally until one of my friends sent an anon (which never got a reply) asking where the credit was at since we knew who created the theme. Not sure why people remove credit since that requires going into the HTML to specifically delete it. Original HTML

C) White washing

This is the one that seems to be the one that commonly users have called her out on and have an issue with. White washing is never okay and I do realize that some people do it accidentally (I have myself) and are trying to fix it in their editing. Suni on the other hand white washes and is proud of it. People have confronted about her and some of the replies get deleted but most of the replies that have stayed are really inconsiderate of the other side and just flat out rude. Editors know that it can be really hard to edit photos while avoiding white washing and that original photos may already be white washed. Nonetheless people usually don’t go out of their way to purposefully white wash and then state how proud they are just because it’s a “style”. Some people take white washing very seriously and to see someone just ignorantly blow it off can be really unsettling.

If you got to the bottom of this page that means you read everything yay! Now, I’m not trying to say send hate to Suni or don’t follow her. So please don’t take this the wrong way. The whole point of this post is just bring people aware to what’s happened before and even now, because in my opinion, this is ridiculous. Compulsively manipulating and white washing without a care is pretty wrong and should have some sort of consequence after just avoiding confrontation about it on numerous occasions. If you choose to follow her after this or unfollow her after this then fine. Just be aware to who you’re following.
