Headcanon?

I think Jake and MC’s biggest problem will not have been to manage Duswood and the new case (we assume that MC and Jake really have to help the FBI to get Jake free), but the biggest and hardest task will probably be the time after Jake has freedom again. When, for the first time in their relationship, everything really calms down and there is no action and no pressure. If they just want to focus on their relationship. If their relationship the first months, maybe even years, consists only of such extreme things, then a normal everyday life will probably incredibly difficult. Then there is finally time only for the two. And no one else is there, no one can interrupt it, nothing that can be distraction and nothing that requires high performance. I think only then it will be difficult, because the two have to get used to the fact that it might even get 'boring' etc. But even if it gets hard, I think the two will master it in any case. And maybe even start working privately as detectives at some point.

Hey! I really like your headcanons and I was wondering if you could do some for Jake and (female) Mc. I have severe period pain right now and it made me think what Jake would react like when the Mc is on her period. Would he be a total expert and know what to do or would he be a helpless mess? I hope it's okay to ask for this and if you don't like it's that's fine as well! ♥️

Jake and f!MC headcannons

(When MC is on her period)

Jake is a very attentive partner who loves to take care of his girlfriend. Doesn't matter what it is, he always tries to make sure that MC is comfortable.

Though, he has no clue what's wrong, since she hasn't stepped out of their room all morning.

At first, he thought MC was just tired and wanted to lay in bed today so he let her be and went to make breakfast.

But when she didn't come out for another two hours, he thought it would be best to see if she was feeling alright.

When he entered the room, he saw MC curled in a fetal position, sheets bunched around her form and a pained expression on her face.

He panicked for a few seconds before moving to kneel by MC's side and softly speaking her name.

She opened her eyes and Jake's heart hurt at the pain shining through her usually bright orbs.

"What's wrong, sweetheart?"

She shakily responds that she started her period last night and now she has pretty bad cramps.

Jake's eyes widen in worry and he asks MC what he can do to help. He knows periods can be painful but he didn't know that they could be this bad.

"Can I get a hot pad?"

"Of course, honey, anything for you."

She tells him where she usually keeps it and Jake hurries to plug it in the socket.

MC's soft whimpers break his heart and he decides that he'll do whatever he can to help her get through it.

So as the water pad heats, he quickly brings out his laptop, sitting beside her on the bed and searches 'how to relieve period pain'.

He scrolls through the many articles present, all the while running one hand through her her hair in a soothing motion.

Jake is promptly horrified to discover that many women compare the feeling to being stabbed repeatedly in the stomach and looks at MC with even more worry.

MC falls asleep without noticing and Jake tries to adjust the heat pad on her stomach, all the while blushing and fumbling with her clothes.

The next time MC wakes up, she discovers lots of chocolates on the bed and her confused frown turns to a smile when she sees Jake enter the room with a mug.

"It's chamomile tea, I heard it helps with the pain."

MC decides she is absolutely in love with Jake.

When she asks about the chocolates, he replies in a serious manner about how they contain endorphins which help alleviate the pain.

MC thinks she could cry.

How she managed to get such a perfect boyfriend, she would never know. So instead, she settles with giving him the biggest smile she could manage and watch him get flustered.

"Can I get kisses too?"

"Always, sweetheart."

Jake x MC AUs

Maybe I’m going crazy, or just being a fanatic fan, or whatever ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯ but I’ve been thinking about a lot of Jake x MC AUs, so feel free to use these ideas for drawings / fanfics / whatever.

(note: Maybe there are already universes based on what I’m going to say, since in general they are things that many fandoms do AUs, so sorry if there are already things like Jake x MC, but I’ve never particularly seen anything like that out there, and they are ideas that I would like to write, but very unlikely I will write them, so it’s for anyone who wants to have an idea)

Jake x MC AUs Ideas:

Royal AU:

In this AU, Hannah, her sister, family and friends are royalty, and she has disappeared. Somehow, a crow took a message to the castle of the royal family, where the name of the MC was. Hannah’s friends then go after the MC to see if she has any answers.

In this case, Jake is the bastard son of the king and in a way a thief, and is chased by a kingdom, which of course, wants him dead.

Ideas of what MC could be: A witch A peasant woman A warrior / archer A Princess A young queen Or anything else!

HighSchool AU:

Duskwood’s characters are teenagers, and are in high school. Hannah, Thomas, Cleo, Jessy, Dan, Richy and Lilly are popular at school. A mysterious new student enters the school and nobody knows much about him, maybe nobody really wants to know anything about him or him who doesn’t want them to know who he is.

The MC is also new there and is trying to fit in, or at least trying what she can, however, all her attempts at doing fail, and she is even humiliated in front of the whole school by the populars.  One day, tired of always failing, she decides to stay in a distant place at school. She then realizes that where she is, there is someone else too, the mysterious boy whom she was not quite sure of his name. The two begin to talk and gradually become friends … and who knows … something more? The two started to get so close that Jake even tells a deep secret about himself, saying that he is Hannah and Lilly’s brother. On a day like any other, Jake realizes that MC didn’t go to school, but he didn’t worry until the next day she missed it too. Jake passes by MC’s house and talking to his parents they tell him that she was disappeared. Then Jake’s search for the MC begins, but he can’t do it alone.

Prison AU

MC and Jake have been dating for some time, and because of Jake’s reputation, they must be on the run so the government doesn’t find them. But unfortunately, the government is able to find him and Jake is arrested. What will happen now?

Christmas AU

Jake and MC are going to spend their first Christmas together, but some people from Duskwood decide to visit them without telling them first.

FBI AU

Jake and MC are investigative partners / are detectives. (Maybe something inspired by Criminal Minds or Sherlock Holmes)

Masked Ball AU

MC goes to a masked ball and meets a mysterious black-haired man who, even though she doesn’t know much about him, knows that he has already stolen her heart. Was there a chance they would get to know each other better? 

Well, those were the ideas that I had until now and that I think will never have the chance to see the light of day and that they would be kept in a dark and dusty corner, and who knows until they are forgotten. Teach me how to love - Jake x MC

The two were young, they met in a way that no one would expect to know anyone else, a kidnapping case that paired a hacker with a normal girl.

None of them had experienced love before, they never expected that one day they would find someone who loved them.

But unexpected events cause people to meet unexpectedly, and unexpectedly fall in love with each other.

Even though they both felt something for each other, given the situation, deep down they didn't expect that they could be together in the end.

So close, yet so far away.

But every story has an end. The incident was resolved, and even though it left wounds, there were things that hadn't been resolved.

They finally meet, mixed feelings, and neither of them knowing how to react, they both yearned for it, however, both were still afraid, afraid that it wasn't going to work, that everything they've been through... that maybe those feelings weren't so deep how much they thought.

"What if I do something and he doesn't want me anymore?"

"And if he realizes I'm not everything he thought?"

"What if something bad happens to her because of actions in my past?"

"What if he comes back and kills one of us?"

How to date someone if you have never dated before?

How to return love if you've never been loved before?

There were so many questions, so many uncertainties, so many fears.

- Jake, I need to say something first.

- What's it?

- I've never dated before, you're the only one who showed interest in me, I don't know how to act, I don't know what to say. Everything is so new, and I'm scared… that you don't like me the way I am, and if you realize that I'm not like you imagined, and leave me?
