SO BAKIN' GOOD Café + PI's office

Built on patch 1.67 - Originally in Riverview where the RH Bistro used to be, so best placed there (Size:20x25) - Lot label = Java Hut

3 buildings: Coffeeshop/Bakery with karaoke, and the dominoes table. Terrasse opening on to the park. 1 small house (locked off with hidden room markers) and an apartment building with a small PI's office on the first floor.

Wild West themed bar & grill. Closed off the backyard and added the rodeo object. There is now a terrasse on the rooftop with some more activities to do.

Replicated somewhat the RH building for the grocery Store + added a smaller store next door. Only 1 floor is visible (I used level skip markers on the other floors) but that lot is filled to the brim with small decorative items in both stores. Consignment Register + Food register, Grocery Store RH rug.

Accessible floor downstairs with a couple more rooms and a fake attic area (not accessible). Added a small kids'room and a classroom. Chances are that I'm going to redo the roof at one point, as it looks weird from a distance.

THE GRIND

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Bridgeport (Size: 30x40) - Nightclub.

Kept the orignal bar and 2 dancefloors, added a DJ booth, spinning-the-sim wheel thingy, bubble-blowing station, photobooth in a corner ... and a few other items. Bouncer at the front door but anyone should be able to get in.

Residential lot but with public room markers so that it can be somewhat used as a home business. It looked a bit like a used car dealership so continued with that theme despite the ban on triangle flags :-/ Made the front porch wider and turned 2nd bedroom into an office. Dog friendly ૮ ºﻌºა

Remodeling of Plum Place, unoccupied residential lot in Riverview

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview so best placed there - (Size: 30x20)

Added a house on the lot just like for Gardenia Grove and Cherry Blossom House. Main house (white brick) is unoccuppied and set up for a small family. Family room, rather large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Second house (grey brick) is for NPCs.

CHERRY BLOSSOM HOUSE

Remodeling of Cherry Blossom House, home to Constance Shelley in Riverview

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview so best placed there - (Size: 30x20)

Followed the same template as for Gardenia Grove next door and added another house on the lot with access to a rooftop terrace. But both houses here are laid out as apartment buildings. Constance's apartment is on the second floor of the original house (yellow brick). Other 3 apartments are set for NPCs.

Remodeling of Gardenia Grove, home to Meadow Carpenter Rhodes in Riverview

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview so best placed there - (Size: 30x20)

Added a house on the lot so that it would look a bit more like the row house it is said to be in the description. Main house has a sunroom, 1 bedroom and 1 spare room, 1.5 bathroom, a small yard and a rooftop garden. Second house is set for NPCs.
