Controversial post!
Okay, so I'm a season ticket holder and avid hammer, fan since '94, I agree with everyone that we need to spend some cash and make some big signings this transfer window, I however DO NOT AGREE that we need to sack Allardyce, for me, the situation is larger than BFS. too many injuries sustained on the training ground. There are rumors circulating that the reason Carroll isn't playing, isn't due to injury but because of a cocaine habit, again BULLSHIT, drug testing now-a-days means players can be tested 24/7-365 if this were to be true, Carroll would have had a MASSIVE BAN AND FINE!
I can't give the solution to this problem, other than spend, spend and spend, sacking Allardyce in this situation is going to make things worse. SuGo said they are backing Allardyce all the way because in the situation we are in, you'd be looking at a manager like BFS to get us out of the situation and if you're looking at someone like him, we may as well keep the man himself.
For me, we need to spend money, play a more aggressive 4-4-2/4-3-3 formation and ultimately get the players we do have up for selection on game day working together as they should be.
