Y'all are really gonna hate me for this one

I am really not happy with Closet Monster even after making an effort to put forth changes and fixes

I've sort of come to associate it with trauma? I don't know I made it while I was just starting to get out of some really toxic areas in my life. It's probably more so that I'm just ready to move on from it honestly It helped me through a really rough time in my life but I'm a bit more interested in other things right now. Like for instance I have swap minus and then another AU that I haven't brought up here yet I think but it's cool

So yeah I think I'm officially stepping down from Closet Monster for the most part. It helped me through a really rough time in my life, but I think it's time to let that go and work on my own projects that I can really put my creativity into. I wasn't the greatest at making characters and stories back then so I guess I kinda just went "OOOOO FUNNY CARTOON AND VIDEO GAME YESS" because that's how hyperfixations work y'know y'know

But the good news is that it's not really shelved, I'm just giving it away to my friend @sunnflower-clouds .

But with that all said I'm gonna be deleting all my Closet Monster content and just changing this to a spooky month blog. It was really fun while it lasted, but I'm ready to move past all this. Thank you all for your participation, I appreciate you all a lot. :)

Drawing Requests

Since I'm no longer doing the ask blog but don't want to drop my Spooky Month thing cause I still think it's fun- how about doing some drawing requests?

I'll be clearing out the inbox for this blog and leaving it open for anyone who wants to see me draw something SM related, whether it be about my AU, your AU, or the OG spooky boys.

If you request your AU to be drawn, I request that you message me with the details about the AU or give me some access to your AU's information so that I A. know how to draw them, B. get their characters right, and C. ensure that I'm comfortable drawing things surrounding the AU. I would really prefer to not draw any AUs with particularly controversial topics, or any AUs with controversies surrounding stuff related to them. I wanna have a peaceful blog ^^"

I'll also be posting some arts I happen to make on my own, perhaps some updated refs since I'm moving back to Closet Monster's original plotline

But hey, if you're interested, shoot me a request! It might take a little bit, as I do have school and other projects I'm working on, but I'll do my best! :D

Hi there

alright so i have some news that some may not really enjoy

I am discontinuing the ask blog!

I'm just not really all that into the Spooky month fandom anymore and I haven't been really liking my AU much these days.

What I think I'm gonna do is just leave it how it is in my last post and let it exist, but I'm no longer having an ask blog centered around it. I'm chill with just enjoying the base content and making silly goofy things occasionally.

In other news I'm heavily into Sonic the Hedgehog (my inner 9 year old has returned and is here to stay) so if you like that stuff I might make a blog centered around that glorious topic!

I wanted to thank you all for supporting me and this blog, and I had a lot of fun while we were here. Who knows, maybe one day I'll return to it, but right now I'm just not into it that much.

Again, thank you all for the support, and I'm happy to be a part of this fandom even if I'm not really very active in it anymore.
