I was questing through Elwynn on a paladin when I happened to notice something on one of the little islands in the lake, and after finishing some quests at the logging camp I went over to see what it was

I was a bit confused, but clearly this is suppose to be in memory of someone. So, I looked it up, and sure enough through a reddit post I found this article . I recommend giving it a read if you want to know the story, but what I find really sweet is that they modeled this gravestone after the one Mats (the person this memorial is in memory of) has. They went out of their way to make a new model for this in-game memorial and I think that's awesome. I don't know if this was something added this season or was added beforehand and no one (atleast here) noticed, but I think its always sweet when Blizzard adds memorials like this in-game, whether it's for late employees of blizzard or fans of the game.
I can't be the only one who's curious to learn more about the Hobgoblins, right?
Like, there's got to be some serious implications behind their existence right? We know that Goblins get turned into Hobgoblins, no one seems to be born a Hobgoblin. Why do they exist? What the fuck is up with them?
'Guiding Hand'
Ebonhorn being a wise old mentor to a young Mayla and promising to help guide her when the time comes when she leads. Plus cute nickname for Ebonhorn being 'Ebba'.
The Maelstrom is a massive, fierce vortex of water that was created when the Well of Eternity collapsed into itself during the Great Sundering. It is located in the middle of the Great Sea which subsequently filled the void. The water churns constantly in a dizzying storm of tidal and arcane energy that seems to have no end.
Sometimes, in the course of learning something new, we're overwhelmed 'cause things are just on a scale like we've never dealt with before--and no one around us knows how to help. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. There's ways out there to help you get a handle on thing, make them more the kind of size that you can deal with it. Keep you centered in the storm, an' all that. Give it a chance, is what I'm saying.
[[And it's especially worth taking a look at if you're in a science degree program, working in science, or even thinking about it. Unless something's changed lately, I don't know a single program that thought about the impact wave after wave of grim science news has on people. That has to change.]]
