Welcome to my new lil blog! I’ll be sharing my research and experiments as I work towards creating an interactive virtual reality work.
Responding to perceptions of Maritime beaches in Atlantic Canada, I have been researching how culture and industry in the region contribute to notions of home, place, and identity within landscape. Investigating processes such as photogrammetry, stereoscope, and 3D modelling, I will be creating a VR work that expands my painting practice into VR!
It’s my first time working with 3d modelling and VR, but I’m very excited to see where it takes me! Follow along to see where I end up ~~
