Someone asked me yesterday how I managed plan an entire year before it had even started.
The thing is, there is SO MUCH NOISE out there now and attention spans are getting even shorter.
On top of this, I have many ideas that could cause me to spin out of control and get nothing done.
I make year planning a priority so I know I’m am going to get the most important and purposeful stuff done which is aligned with my mission.
So when people ask “what’s your big plans for the new year?” My answer is always “to keep doing what I’m doing”. Stay focused. Because no one else cares if you achieve your goals or not. You owe it to yourself. .
