They are feeling burpy and have a tummy ache. Maybe they ate way too much, or there’s a bug going around. Either way they better sit down and try to relax. Maybe put on a movie in hopes of a distraction.

But eventually, their stomach starts to make sickly noises and the burping gets more and more frequent. The bellyache has turned into cramps. They make a little “oof” and subconsciously start rubbing their belly. All the food in their stomach is sloshing around, refusing to be properly digested and making them feel bloated and nauseous.

The belly rubs work for a little bit, but suddenly they belch loudly and break out in a cold sweat. Ughhh…

They move their hand under their shirt and massage their stomach a little more intently in an attempt to locate the spot that’s the most bothersome. Their abdomen is hot and tight. The skin is taut against a massive bloat. Oh, man… When did their stomach get so big? And why isn’t all this burping getting rid of it?

They groan and unzip their jeans. Their gut quickly balloons outwards and the sight makes their stomach flip. Something is really not right. Another belch, this one wetter and meatier than the others. Acid washes up their esophagus. Their bloated belly is so achy and tight… all the food just sitting there with nowhere to go, making them more and more nauseous.

Their hand finds its way into the waistband of their underwear. They try to lift it, give their belly more room to breathe as they start to feel shaky. Without thinking, their fingers snake downwards…

They start touching themselves, and the shakes turn into shivers of pleasure, their pained groans blend into hoarse moaning. Their hand moves up and down, still rubbing their stomach in a vain attempt to get it to settle, but they can’t help but return it to their crotch. Their moans get louder, some turning into belches. Their mouth flushes with bitter saliva. Their heart is racing now, and their face is uncomfortably warm.

By the time they start gagging, they’re bucking their hips against their hand, desperate for something to happen, desperate for the high of a climax. Before they know what’s happening or can even hope to get to the bathroom, a massive, wet belch turns into a retch, and a torrent of hot, chunky vomit gushes out of their mouth… just in time for them to cum.

sickie who ends up losing the barely digested food over the blankets, sobbing apologies to a caretaker who's more worried about their well-being than anything else

Oh I nearly forgot to post this but my partner threw up last night, not once but twice, and I have some notes:

Weak retches with small sick sounding burps on the end. Not usually into burping related stuff but this was hot.

Silent but productive heaves. Damn.

Gurgling retches. You can literally hear it coming up.

Hearing their stomach make a sickly gurgling noise mere seconds before it all comes pouring out of them. Good heavens I thought this was just a trope, but nope, it’s real.

Forceful, gushes vomit that just rush out in one hugely productive stream. Fucking hell. It’s like their stomach emptied itself in one go. This is how you know their belly felt *really* sick and they’re gonna need some serious caretaking cuz that would’ve really taken it out of them

They're completely drained, but their stomach shows no signs of wanting to calm down, so they helplessly spread a towel over their pillow, resting their head on top, and hopping it'd help contain most of the mess when they inevitably start gagging again

Thinking about a caretaker pretty much forcing a sick character to drink something

Poor A keeps refusing cause their stomach hurts so bad, and they still feel so nauseous. Telling them their stomach isn't ready to put anything on it yet

But B is not budging, they can't risk A getting dehydrated after all. And after a while they finally manage to coax them into sipping on some water

A curls tightly into a ball immediately after, both arms clutching their middle. They keep squirming uncomfortably every time they feel their stomach cramp, pained whimpers pushing its way out of their throat.

The groans coming from A's stomach keep getting louder over time, and it's not long till they start hiccuping

And less that ten minutes later A is heaving over a trashcan, a thin trail of water and bile trickling down their chin

A keeps retching even when their stomach seems to have nothing else to bring up, the sound so harsh and forceful it makes B cringe in sympathy, having no doubt that A is in a lot of pain

After a while A finally pulls away from the trashcan, still panting as they raise their head to look up at B "I told you it wasn't going to stay down"

B instantly feels a pang of guilt, A's eyes are filled with tears, their face twisted on a pained grimace, their voice shaky. They're clearly on the edge of crying

B can almost feel their heart breaking, maybe they should've listened to A and waited a little longer

My bf threw up this morning 😍😍

It was around 4:15 am and I woke up to him throwing the cover off him and running to the bathroom. At first I was confused as to what was going on, but then I heard him gag and then a splatter. He spit a bunch and gagged a few more times with some coming up but apparently not a ton. I waited a few minutes and asked if he needed anything amd he said no and continued to spit and retch a bit more. When he was done he came back in bed and I asked if he felt better and he said yes but that it was rough throwing up. He said it was a bunch of dry heaves that made his stomach sore. And he said he knew he sounded pitiful when he answered me bc he felt pitiful in the moment.
