Have patience with all things but first with yourself. Never confuse your mistakes with your value as a human being. You are perfectly valuable, creative, worthwhile person simply because you exist.

“Morning Update on Rob:
1)They are going to wean his sedation medicine some today. This should allow him to respond more.
2) The vent is on 50% and ECMO is 70%.
3) his blood pressure is 130/50.
4) they are still giving him Lasix to help remove some fluid.
We feel this is a slight improvement in his condition, but he has a very long and dangerous road ahead of him and we are basically taking it hour by hour....Please keep praying....”
Prayer request!
My sweet friend’s father, Rob, is currently fighting a hard battle with COVID-19! If you all could say a prayer for him, we would greatly appreciate it! Speaking healing in His name! 🙏

“When God gives a promise, He always tries our faith. Just as the roots of trees take firmer hold when they are contending with the wind, so faith takes a firmer hold when it struggles with adverse appearances.”

Are you a green monster?
1 Corinthians 10:13
13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
Have you ever been jealous of others or what they have? Does it fill you with self doubt? Make you feel, shall we say, unworthy, forgotten, undeserving. I could be wrong, but I feel as if more people than who would like to admit has felt this way at one point or another. We practice his teachings, we give when we can; and though we are blessed, we concern ourselves with what we currently don't have.
You ask why don't I have this? Why don't I make that much? Why can't my life be more like theirs?
Well I'll tell you what I have learned. Nobody truly and honestly knows exactly why someone may appear to be more fortunate than others. But the keyword is APPEAR. Unless you have walked another's shoes, you cannot possibly know exactly their struggles were leading up to their successes. Some of us work harder than others. Some of us ate just luckily than others.
However how I feel may seem odd to some people. I believe God opens doors for us whether we ask for blessings, answers, or not. It is up to us to recognize these opportunities. But if you feel you missed your shot, he will offer another. Stay faithful and trust that as long as you do not abandon him, he will not abandon you.
So when you are unable to get that new car or that promotion, remember maybe He sees you struggling with payments. Or even that promotion would have taken time away from your family when the Lord knew they were about to face a situation that would need your support.
So you may feel envy. But let the Lord color your heart pink. Love others and know that your time will come.

My dad has been doing treatments for a few weeks now. He will find out in the morning if it is beginning to work. If you would say a prayer for him as you come across this post, I would appreciate you all sooo much! We are hoping for positive news! May God bless you guys! Xo
Prayer Request - Calling ALL PRAYER WARRIORS!!
Hey friends! I am desperately asking for prayer right now. My dad has just been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to his liver. There is also a possibility that it has spread to the lungs. They are looking more into the area found on the lungs. We are waiting on the call from the oncology team so we can hear prognosis and treatment options. I BEG you to pray for him! Please God, please, give the wisdom to his medical team to treat him and cure him of this! Please, Jesus, lay your healing touch on him. (To make this a little more personal for prayer: his name is Kelly and he’s 57 years old) We are anxiously waiting for some hopeful news. Thank you from the depths of my soul to anyone that prays for him! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Jesus said, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29 It’s easy to believe in something that you see. Many people need proof before they can believe in anything. But the word says, Blessed are those who believe when there is no evidence of an answer to prayer—who trust beyond hope when all means have failed. We all have experienced doubt at some point or another. This is when we start to seek other means to rectify the trials and tribulations in our lives. To those going through the valley and shadow of death: “weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.”(Psalm 30:5) In that darkness you will soon hear the Father whisper, I am with you. I cannot tell you why right now, but one day it will all make sense. You will see it all turn out for your good. Hold fast and BELIEVE even though you do not see God in it. Remember that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

Rest in God's wisdom—in lack of bodily strength, rest in God's wisdom. He sees what is best. Perhaps the less health—the more grace. Perhaps the weaker in body—the stronger in faith.
