The first thing I thought about when I saw this polish was “what would it look like with a matte top coat?!” 🤔❤️ . ❤️ @chinaglazeofficial Sparkle On ❤️ @kbshimmer Oh Matte! Top Coat . The answer is AMAZING!! I like this polish way more with the matte top coat 🙌🏻😻 I did two coats of Sparkle On - the formula is a bit thick but it’s due to the heavy amount of glitter. Just take your time applying it & it will be fantastic 👌🏻❤️💅🏻 .
