Sadness is not colour blue

Sadness is not colour blue. At least not for me.

Sadness is lilac.

Sadness does not come when you fail, when you are all alone or when you loose someone. Those are colour blue but not sad.

Sadness comes when you have hope, when you want things to go better, when you imagine being in a safe place. Those are colour pink.

Sadness comes when you fail but you wish you could do better, sadness comes when you are all alone but wish you have someone there to be with you, sadness comes when you loose someone but you wish to spend more happy memories with them.

Sadness comes when you thrive to be and feel better, not when you are miserable.

People in pink are happy, people in blue does not care anymore.

That is why sadness is lilac.

Right now, I'm lilac.

Well. Things have happened and I'm trying to get going.

For now I want to concentrate in my career and my art. School is going ok but my art ... I feel it has no purpose or beauty, that I don't have an art style that people could recognise, that my art is not good enough.

That's why I disappeared a while (that and because lately I'm too busy).

anyway the actual point of fandom is to inspire each other. reading each other's fics and admiring each other's art and saying wow i love this and i feel something and i want to invoke this in other people, i want to write a sentence that feels like a meteor shower, i want to paint a kiss with such tenderness it makes you ache, i want to create something that someone else somewhere will see it and think oh, i need to do that too, right now. i am embracing being a corny cunt on main to say inspiring each other is one of the things humanity is best at and one of the things fandom is built for and i think that's beautiful

“…I just really wanted to get in a bed,” Sky says, voice small, and Time’s need to scold him is suddenly at war with the need to give him a hug. He decides to save the former for later, sighing and pulling the kid into his arms.

“I can’t with you boys,” he mutters into Sky’s hair, feeling the younger male start to tremble. “Come. We’re sitting.”

He pulls them over to the edge of the road, stepping down into the dirt and helping Sky do the same without irritating his injuries. The kid wavers at the sight of the wheat field for a moment, glancing back down the road they’d come from, and freezes in Time’s arms.

“Time,” he says. “We’ve been here before.”

Time follows his gaze; down the ditch, parallel to the road, straight at the scorched earth where they’d first been attacked by the Wizzrobe. The place they’d been walking away from for the last few hours.

extremely disappointed there isn't someone out there who will write the exact fics i want to read 24/7 so i don't have to do it myself, what a disgrace, someone somewhere needs to shape up

Every single fic update there is an author trying frantically to find the right balance between a nonchalant aside of "leave a comment if you enjoyed =)" and clinging desperately to the coat tails of a random stranger, dragging along behind them on the street wailing "Please, please! I have to know what you thought! I'm desperate to talk to people about this! Ask me about the alliterative repetition! Ask me about the symbolism!"

Public speaking is actually really easy if you don't respect a single soul in that room. I've had an incredibly easy time delivering speeches when I hated everybody I saw and they all thought I did amazing because my disdain was read as confidence. I don't have any tips for you I'm just telling you a fact
