JR De Guzman is in the house. Eeeeeeyyyyyy, it's a pleasure to see you in person and shake your hand man, and it's really shaking, may kindly know who do you call or is someone called you before the interview, let's hope it's not your friend girl haha.
I roughed out loud when watching one of your shows. I can tell you love cultures and enjoy introducing one to the other, who says that you are a racist? You're a smasher, for you break the language barrier through comedy, you communicate through music with full of fun, smiles and laughters.
I can tell you're a very perceptive person because you realized right away why your father wanted you to go to bed despite the fact that it was only 8:00 am. If I were in your position, I would immediately obey my father and would close my eyes while grudgingly asking, "Bakit ba kasi ako pinatutulog eh kagigising ko nga lang eh" haha.
Since we last spoke more than a month ago, it has taken some time for me to compose this. I probably don't flow or think as you do. You are brilliant because you flow like a river, with the exception of the crowd work footage one from your show. In those films, you do flow like a river, but the river is on your face man, making you sweat a lot. However, you still managed to be speedy there, quick like a hawk, hawkward (awkward) haha; funny, even bringing Taylor Swift's name can't bail you out haha, I get it dude; I've experienced moments like that frequently haha. Relate much haha.
Though I'm joking, I genuinely appreciate you stopping by CNN Philippines News Night, a stellar show which is hosted by renowned journalist Ms. Pia Hontiveros.
Upon your appearance, I tried to improve the flow of my thoughts, communication, and writing. I have been practicing it gradually and applying it to my everyday activities naturally thanks to Ms. Pia.
Do you think I would commend you for it? You were interviewed and performed for about 10 to 12 minutes, man, and I've been with the company for more than 9 years during which time I've occasionally assisted Ms. Pia with special reports or projects. I learned a lot from her knowledge and experience, wittiness, through fierce interviews, even from her discouragements and disappointments in both news and current affairs, all of her shows from 2020 to the present, and all of her top-rated specials? (Nasty! Joke lang, pwede na ba, pero nothing about what I wrote about Ms. Pia it is all true.)
Seriously though, I truly appreciate you coming over. It's been a true honor to meet you and shake your hand it's for real. You even introduce me to your family, girlfriend, parents, and friends. I appreciate our picture with my hand gesture sign, haha.
You and performance clips have served as an anecdote to our unusual and perplexing experiences with COVID-19 and its required lockdowns. Your extraordinary aptitude and skills kept our isanity in check.
I was so encouraged by our meeting that I want to get a guitar and want to learn how to play it. I will definitely follow your advice for inspiring oneself to learn music, haha. You are a special soul with a unique talent for transforming such excruciatingly painful, cruel, tragic, and challenging events and obstacles into potent, moving, uplifting, entertaining, and humorous stories or flows that soothe the soul and uplift the spirit.
Being introduced to you made me happy all day long, even the next day when I told people you never forgot my nameβwho could forget Mike? Same tale, new wordings up to Friday (told you I learned), but with 1% more energy. Because of this, I was excited to indulge and watch your show in Solaire. I would do anything to do so, even though we're fed only sixty-three cents a day ($0.63) at the time; due to inflation, it was probably more like one dollar and fifty cents ($1.5) or two dollars ($2), haha.
When I found out, that Friday, I was scheduled for weekend news duty on Saturday, my Friday night enthusiasm quickly turned to hopelessness. ππ₯΄π²π€
I'm appreciative of the visit JR and more strength to your inspiring soul. Still can't believe that this significance happened.
Salamat Tol! (In case you don't know what Tol means, it's Santol haha Brother). Precious captured moments. Believe in Miracles.
