ahh i did have some anxiety while driving on high ways like merging and knowing when and where to exit always stressed me out !!! i think just having a mantra and repeating it over and over to myself helped me through it bc it feels scary but you can do scary things! and over time with practice you get better at it and it becomes less scary and less stressful. 🤍

I was getting some really similar vibes from your blog. I recently moved to my hometown after nearly 2 decades and it is really weird being back here. Lots of weird feelings driving these old streets.
