I’ve been cleaning and organizing my new “temporary” office in the boot room.

It sucks for I sold my equipment, supplies , and all my inventory that I had over the years. I did however find some gems of packaging items. which made me not so devastated. and I had to tell myself it’s only part time and temporary. I am so blessed for opportunities like this just for this reason.

And I get to do the one thing I miss the most which is packing up orders and sending out happy mail. It was seriously my favorite thing to do and of course unboxing videos and having Wyatt smell scents I knew he wouldn’t like to eat his reactions lol. The kids are very excited about this announcement I told them this morning and it was all cheers for they have been begging me to come back. since this company has paid me unlike a few. (Not gonna mention any names)

The stream and content creating is my full time job and I needed something that wouldn’t jeopardize my time, interfere with my sponsorships and collaborations. so it kinda fell in place with what would work out.

Selling everything was a big heavy lift off my shoulders especially the Disney scentsy buddies I had an obsession with collecting them and it wasn’t healthy and parting with them was very difficult but I knew I had to for how Woke they are, and it was my way of showing that I stand true by what I believe in.

With that being said I have my first online launch party started, and going while I finish getting this area cleaned and organized and see what other gems I can find in the basement.

I honestly haven’t smelled any of the new scents or got to see what’s new in the scentsy world. But here’s the link

I’m blaming it all on Phenox he turned me into this nerd.

Now don’t get me wrong I have always been a computer and book nerd, but never a gaming nerd till about 3 years ago.

And now here I am! A big ole gaming nerd. And developed a love for gaming and creating gaming content. I rather stay home and play a game with my friends and Wyatt than to go out and party. We save money by playing a game and we also make money doing it.

And there is so much money to be made in this industry like the gaming industry is growing everyday! the market is expected to approach $522 billion by the end of 2027. This means that employment prospects for video game professionals are significantly better than those for the average of all occupations. And it’s also one of the biggest markets in the entertainment industry.

And As of Feb 4, 2024, the average annual pay for a Video Game Creator in the United States is $123,552 a year. Just in case you need a simple salary calculator, that works out to be approximately $59.40 an hour. This is the equivalent of $2,376/week or $10,296/month. And Many creators on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram are now earning six figures or more annually through a variety of income streams

I get told oh you are an adult and a parent you shouldn’t play video games, and blah blah blah. I could of picked any niche to create content with. But gaming has the biggest numbers compared to being a mom influencer. And I don’t like posting my kids that much and using them for clout for likes and views for weirdos to see. Gaming fell in my lap and seeing how much it’s grown and is going to continue to grow. Say what you will but these numbers are too good to pass up.

Strangers support you more than people you know 👏🏼

If I told you this wasn’t true, I’d be lying. When I started social selling, the last people that supported my businesses and side gigs were people I grew up with, family and close friends.

Did I give up? Umm no! I Knew what I had to offer was amazing, I mean if I absolutely love it and it works I knew so many others would love it just as much as I do which is why I didn’t get discouraged. IN stead it was fire starter for me.

I tell everyone who wants to be an entrepreneur, the last people that will support you are the ones closest to you.

Butttt whyyy? you would think they would have your back? This is a hard question to answer. But from my personal experience most of them want to “see it, to believe it” I mean there are some real horror stories out there about businesses like this. I mean I can personally tell you a few. And some even think you are making an “out of a norm” decision.

Buttt guess what?!? To live your life in your own terms is OUT OF THE ORDINARY and it’s reallyyyyy freaking cool!!! It’s seriously the best way to live. sure it’s a risk, but every successful business person. Y’all I’m talking millionaires and billionaires they ALWAYS took the risk.

Listen life’s to short to do what others tell you to do and how to live your life. Take the risk, be unapologetically you, and KEEP GOING!!

Jesus didn’t put that dream in your heart just for you to ignore it. Eventually they will support you. 💕

I am a very busy mama, chasing five kids, fixing our property to turn it into our dream place, and also being a full time streamer and content creator. There never is enough hours in the day. being a content creator isn’t all cupcakes and rainbows. It’s a lot of work, lots of long sleepless nights, dedication, consistency, and coming up with something new no one has seen before. Is hard but It’s so worth it!
